Hi guys

I went for my yearly check up yesterday and said to my health worker I've quit smoking again as I was having probs breathing again,

anyways been feeling slightly better since going back to my riva but my health working says they wont recommend e-cigs or vapeing as there's not been many/much testing on this for the uk health system to recommend it

I've found if I vape PG it plays up on my cheast so went over to vg after some good advice from james on paradise vape uk and feel ok now,

so my question is .... is vaping safe and has there been any testing done? maybe its time the uk health service done tests to see if its a good way to help people quit the smellies


anyways I'd like your thoughts and comments on this subject
