A note on our returns policy.
Should a customer need to return anything bought from us, providing the purchase is returned within 14 days of receipts, our returns policy is as follows:
1) Once we receive the returned purchase(s) immediate refund of all monies paid to us by the customer for the returned item(s). Including the postage we initially charged the customer.
2) We will also refund the postage costs incurred by the customer in returning the item(s) to us.
We're frequently asked why we refund all postage costs when an item is returned to us. The answer's simple. We believe the customer should never have to bear the cost of returning anything to us.
In addition, if an item sent to a customer is damaged in the post, we will make a full refund, including postage we charged the customer, or send a replacement. Whichever the customer prefers.

Hello and Good Morning All,
Just an introductory post to explain who we are.
Joose Juice is new to AAEC and we are extremely pleased to have been granted Vendor status on the forum
Joose Juice is run and owned by experienced vapers and we're passionate about vaping. We're an online only business, based in Greenock, Inverclyde, Scotland. The idea for Joose Juice was first raised in November 2012 and we began trading in March 2013.
Our personal vaping preferences tend towards the DIY side of things so it seemed natural our business should also focus on that area: specifically unflavoured e-liquids and flavours.
We will post offers and updates on this thread and we hope they may be of interest.
