Hi Jim, just placed a small order for tasters  , (10ml for 99p also a absolute bargain and enough to get a good few evod fulls to get a good sense of the flavour) loving the pricing and it's a pleasure to see that you have kept postage costs to a minimum (this is a rarity at present) the only flavour category i don't see is Tobacco, is this for the future or are you not going down the tobacco route. Much appreciated and always nice to get feedback from customers We were asked the other day if our 10ml Tasters would be going up in price at any point. The short answer is no. Postage Costs: We don't see why we should charge more than RM charges us for postage. In addition, should a customer ever need to return anything to us for a refund, we also refund the original postage costs charged by us AND the cost of returning the item to us. We do this because we take the view if a customer ever returned anything to us, they're doing so because we messed up in some way. Why should a customer be out of pocket if we've screwed up? Tobacco: We're working on a tobacco flavour at present and looking to do something a bit different with it. It's coming along but there are one or two rough edges to it which need sorting. Not that we're complaining mind you and thanks to all our new customers for supporting us Also, we'll be launching a new site soon as our current site is a bit limiting, to put it mildly, and lacks some features our rapid expansion requires. In addition, the work on new flavours continues and we're organising new competitions for the forum, too. OR
2) Discount codes
I'm guessing at least some will say both That is an option we're currently looking at but for the purposes of this thread, we would simply like to know which of the two options customers would prefer.

Right I'm clearing missing something here - £7.25 for 30 mls of eliq which is BOGOF so 60 mls for £7.25 Which don't get me wrong strikes me as an excellent price. Or £0.99 for 10 mls - which means 6 bottles (60 mls) would be £5.94 - okay its only in 18mg and a single ratio - but given that is a fairly typical choice (my normal mix anyway) this strikes me as rather odd pricing? Anyway questions - are making the stuff yourself or just selling it on - just curious given the very low cost. And the apple flavour- because I do love me some apple - is it a sweet (fake) apple or a more tart natural one - I adore the Liberty Flights XO Apple flavour and if its anything like that at that price you've got a customer for life lol! Morning, Nope you're not missing anything. The 10ml Taster was introduced specifically to allow customers to try new flavours in small quantities at minimal cost. Yes 6 x 10ml Taster bottles is cheaper than 60ml of flavoured e-liquid. Odd pricing? The price of the Taster was set so low to encourage customers to try new flavours. We'll be regularly introducing new flavours, not available elsewhere, and we don't see any point in doing that if customers aren't buying them. Hence the 10ml at £0.99p We make our own e-liquids with most of the ingredients coming from the USA and two ingredients bought in the UK. I wouldn't say our apple flavour is fake but it is more sweet than tart. Best Wishes Jim |

Excuse me for been stupid, but a 10ml taster is that a 10ml bottle of liquid to use as it is? ( nothing to do with making your own ), can you buy as many as you want? Do you have to buy the bigger bottles as well? It is probably self explanatory but I have not found the web page yet, still looking through. Afternoon Folks,
Shipping prices: click on "Add To Cart" then "Go To Cart". The item(s) purchased are visible along with the relevant standard and signed for shipping costs. In other words, shipping costs are visible at the cart and prior to checkout.
We agree it would be beneficial to customers if shipping costs appeared when items are first added to the cart but there is no facility within the shopping cart to allow this.
Leave it with me and we'll look for a solution.

Plus they pointed out it made no sense not to include the flavour concentrates in the BOGOF. Again I have to agree with them. The BOGOF has now been altered to include the 30ml flavour concentrates and I'm grounded for a week for being a silly boy. Very quick delivery, however I bought 30ml of mango and 30ml of banana thinking it was "buy one get one free" so was expecting 60ml of each, so a little disapointed to recieve 30ml of each, this equates to buy one get one if my maths are correct! Hi Archiecat, The Buy One Get One Free deal is on flavoured e-liquids, not flavour concentrates. However, we're thinking the wording of our original post on the thread could have been clearer so we'll get another 30ml of each off to you in the post today. Just a quick summary of the offers currently available on the site.
1) "Tasters": 10ml of flavoured e-liquid for £0.99p. Allows you to try new flavours without having to buy larger quantities of juice. Proving to be extremely popular.
2) Sticking with the theme of flavours: 30ml bottle of flavour concentrate £4.99. Popular with customers who prefer to mix their own.
3) Last but not least on the theme of flavours: our Buy One Get One Free on all 30ml bottles of flavoured e-liquid. 60ml for the price of 30ml. Needless to say they're flying out the door.
The unflavoured stuff now.
4) We call it the "Daily Deal" because it runs constantly. Buy 30ml of unflavoured e-liquid and get a 10ml flavour concentrate of your choice free. Buy two 30ml bottles and get two 10ml bottles of flavour free. Buy three bottles of 30ml unflavoured...we're sure you get the picture.
5) Buy One Get One Free on all 30ml bottles of unflavoured e-liquid (54mg/ml is not included in this offer) For every 30ml bottle bought, we add one free.
6) Buy three for the price of two on 30ml bottles unflavoured e-liquid. Currently only available in an 80/20 PG/VG mix but that is being expanded today due to to customer requests for a greater choice in PG/VG mixes.
And that's it. Six promotions, deals, call them whatever you like. We've tried to include something for everyone but if anyone feels left out, let us know and we'll see what we can do
