Ours has 3 turns on the coil and also reads 1.9ohms
Leaving it "as it came" for a few days to see if it gets any better. But it is doing well and happy given the price of it.
Did everyone get an instruction manual? We didn't get one of those. Can it be downloaded?
As others have said the our tube has a few faint stress cracks at the bottom, but wouldn't have noticed if others hadn't said anything. (should have gone to specsavers? Well i did and the glasses I've got are as good as I get now! :-[)

Its arrived
First observations - the drip tip doesn't stay in! have just swapped the rubber O ring on the drip tip and now it stays in - Are they using the wrong size O rings Or is it just mine?
Looking at the coil - different screws used for bottom connection and top posts! do I need 2 screwdrivers to change a coil?
Airhole not inline with the wick. Take off top and push O ring up a bit. Screw top back on - seems OK now. Screwed down too tight before?
Build quality - Seem good - threads making a slight noise when screwing - need slight lubrication.
Plinth fits ego battery. fires up
Time to fill her up and try it on the mini provari - wheres the OH when I need her!

My OH has a provari mini and uses a Vivi Nova tank. We have noticed with the latest batch of coils from HC that more error codes are popping up.
E1 doesn't always mean the coil has gone - wait and try again the code disappears, and the coil still works
E2 code also appears - seems to suggest a wicking fault! - fill her up!
Once we had an E8 code - put it down and waited 2 hours and it never came back.
We have tried a carto on the mini and that works fine - no errors at all. So the problem seems to be the vivi nova/ new coils - perhaps time for a new tank!

The official provape site are selling the satin silver mini or full size for $159 dollars. That's £100, even with £30 or so import charges, that still makes it cheaper than all the UK sites, plus the advantage (IMO) of buying it direct. I've been tempted, just a little short on pennies right now You forgot shipping from the states = $39-50 |
