Sammy, I do hear you about not liking the flavour but bear this in mind...
Don't know what came over me today but I just really fancied and strongly craved one. That is often very dangerous for me, as past history shows it is just a matter of time before I make a purchase. Thankfully Ihave lots of tobacco flavour in. So popped some in the spare evod and sucked. Just what I needed. I had been trying cotton candy all morning, which was lovely, but maybe the lack of tobacco taste sent a warning to my brain. Who knows? Like you I had found the tobacco taste pants, but am so glad I had some and it didn't taste so pants today.
I know that doesn't help you for your needs, today, but it might pay for us to always have a bottle for those moments. It has long passed now and I am fine again, and it has only been two weeks for me.

No I'm miles away up in Yorkshire. Thankyou so much though. I only know of one shop and it doesn't have non tobacco flavours. I will pop out in the morning or maybe even tonight for a bottle of peppermint if I can get it and experiment with that. It doesn't help that the only ones I have left I didn't like as tobacco either they were real sickly I can't make them taste any worse whatever I put in them, just so long as it doesn't blow up. Aww what a shame, pity I don't still live in Bolton. You never know Sammy, someone from your neck of the woods might see this, and offer you a bottle to tide you over, fingers crossed ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

I don't eat much ( compared with an elephant that is ) I have breakfast, then a snack, lunch, then a snack , dinner, then a snack, supper, then a snack, and I'm still craving chocolate ![O_o](//storage.proboards.com/2973975/images/oA5mO2ZUXz3JRBkiUW80.gif) Have I dreamt this I wonder but am sure I read folk coming off cigs crave chocolate. I know we are still getting the nicotine but the same article mentioned chocolate in stinkies, in some sort of chemical form. Will bug me know as I didn't save the article as a favourite, to refer back to. We might be lucky and someone else can confirm it. Are there not treat size bars you can have, but not too many. I was reading about the 5:2 diet in the newspaper and I'm sure certain choccy bars where in the list as ok in moderation. Have a google. Have you got some chocolate e juice on order?

Most vapers don't gain weight, I suppose as you're still getting the nicotine and the hand to mouth thing! I think everyone can confuse thirst with hunger, and vaping does dehydrate, so drink plenty of water ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) It's definitely hunger in my case. I don't have breakfast you see, I know, naughty of me. Just can't eat at 6:30am. In the past I would last very happily till mid day. Now, about 10:30 I get a proper rumble in my tummy. I drink a lot of water and coffee, not dehydrated, drink too much in fact, am never off the ruddy loo;)

I know this is not what you asked for but try experimenting by mixing different eliquids together... you will be surprised at some of the results. I have tried it and I was impressed, in fact it has got me through the last 30 hours or so. I had a few drops of kiwi mix, and energy bull left and I mixed them with the tobacco flavour it changed it into a flavour I quite liked. Now I am worried about the weekend though. I have drained everything out of the non tobacco bottles, and once my clearo is empty I only have tobacco I do not like. My big mistake was I only bought tobacco flavours, 10ml and 30ml bottles. I've lost 40ml by spillages and leakages. I threw a 10ml bottle away cos it ripped my throat out. Sue kindly gave me the kiwi, and energy I liked those. I've gone back to the tobacco and its rank. I placed an order for 3 different flavours with a company I have had good service from, but it has still not been sent out. They have moved or something so there is a delay only I didn't know. I have now just ordered from joosejuice so hopefully something will get here soon. I just have to get through the weekend Sammy, do you live in the east Essex area? You could pop to mine and I'd gladly give you a bottle of non tobacco flavour, if it keeps you on the right track.

Siffy, that would be ace, I'm only 5'1 if I stand tall , perhaps I will wake up and be 5'10 I would be able to find some jeans the right length then ![;D](//storage.proboards.com/2973975/images/uKg77DgrQpkBFJJN7U0P.gif) . I have noticed that my skin is pinker ( on my face ) but I wouldn't say it is better, it is no longer smooth, difficult to explain just feels a bit lumpy in parts. Do vapers gain weight? Everyone says you gain weight when you stop smoking , I've never in my life been on a diet, and I couldn't cope with that as well. I wondered about the weight gain too! Like you I don't diet, won't diet, wouldn't keep tonit, too much of a rebel! I put on a stone last time I stopped smoking! Am since starting again back down to 9st 10. I have noticed my tummy rumbling more, am just ignoring it, drinking a glass of water, or grabing an orange. I once read that smoking keeps the weight down and that when people come off cigs they confuse that feeling (for the chemicals and crap) as hunger. I have personally noticed hunger type rumbles after 2 weeks of not smoking a stinky.

I have trailed the web for a couple of years, tried many recipes but this is the best one yet, in my familes opinion of course. You might have found a better one? I am only sharing what works for us. First things first I have found in my many experiments on perfecting this, that this is the foundation and truly makes a huge difference. It is so important to first soak your chicken pieces in brine for 24 hours, might sound a faff, but the faff pays off. The reason it works is the salt penetrates the meat, resulting in extra juicy chicken, and the MG instead (monosodium glutamate) the brine and adds an extra intensity of flavour. So soak your chicken pieces in 3 tbsp salt 3 tbsp MG 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/3 cup chicken stock 5 cups of water. Mix all together, pop in your chicken, refrigerate for 24 hours. You will notice a kfc type smell when you do remove them from the brine. For the actual coating I use this recipe, it is at the bottom of the article. m.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/wordofmouth/2009/jul/24/kfc-secret-recipe-revealedSo add the above herbs to 2 cups of flour and set aside. Mix 1 egg with 2 cups of milk and add and coat the chicken breasts. Then dip the chicken in your seasoned flour, if you want extra crisp chicken then dip again the the egg, then flour. Then I pop them in my deep fat fryer till cooked, about 5-7 mins. I also let them sit on kitchen paper for 5 mins when cooked, just to drain off the fat. The chicken gravy 1 1/2 tbs butter 3 tbsp kfc flour 2 tbsp plain flour 400mls chicken stock Drop of gravy browing or a quarter of a beef oxo cube. Make your roux by melting the butter and 1 1/2 tbsp of kfc flour. Cook over a low heat for 10-15 mins, till it turns a milk chocolate colour. Once brown remove from the heat, add the reat of the flour, mix, then slowly add the chicken stock and gravy browning, keep stiring to avoid lumps. Once all stock it added bring to the boil for 2 mins then reduce the heat and allow it to thicken , takes about 5 mins. And your done. This all might seem a faff to folk, easier to just go and buy one. I just thought, for home cooks like myself, they would enjoy having a go and it stops you paying through the nose for it when it's not that hard to make at home.

Jcol, I don't know about you but I have noticed the best dishes are the ones with less fuss and different spices. I don't know if you have seen this link on here but there are some fab recipes here! www.curryfrenzy.com/curry/html/curry-recipes.aspIf you enjoy good flavours have you seen or got this book yet? Not a cook book, although you get the random fab recipes, but a book that teaches you of all the great flavour combinations. I have had it for 2 months and have knocked out some cracking dinners and desserts. If you enjoy cooking I really think you will love it.http://www.amazon.co.uk/Flavour-Thesaurus-Niki-Segnit/dp/0747599777

Brilliant! It's like having your cake and eating it, but without all the negative aspects. What flavour are you using? Gone from Dazed to Amazed ! To be honest I'm not too sure which flavour I'm on at the moment, been experimenting with a few, I think it's Caramel Toffee ?? ![*ha ha*](//storage.proboards.com/2973975/images/iJa1LfBHddm9eL_eskZJ.gif) Tobacco is sat beside me but not had one since 05:15. Weird being able to put the thing down and walk away withoutstarting a fire ![snickering_smiley](//storage.proboards.com/2973975/images/yH_x2wFGwZ96INQJhbhJ.gif) . Also not looking around for an ashtray. I think I may be on to something here ! ![*vaping*](//storage.proboards.com/2973975/images/GJvzlPwQGilZOsJvJAEk.gif) Oh I hope you are too. Don't know about you but I am suprised I like the flavours. I scoffed when I first saw the list of flavours you could get. Thinking, b&h for me mate, no danger! If someone said to me they had nipped to 2014 in a time machine and I no longer smoked, but vaped, and you where vaping happily on cotton candy flavour, I don't know what I would have found more outrageous of the two. Talk of time machine, or inhailing candy floss and not b&h. We could be onto a winner here you know, I think we started about the same time?
