Total vape virgin here. Two weeks ago I thought all I had to do was purchase an 'elite' starter kit and join in. Then I did the research and the more I read the more confusing it became. ??? Apart from what seems like hundreds of different set-ups, the sales speel was making me dizzy. Anyway, after a lie down I think I might have found something to suit myself and my deeeep pockets and this is where I need an unbiased opinion. I have already ordered several liquids (18 - 24mg) and am looking to buy an 'EGO-T CE4' (on-line @ £26.99 inc.) with two 1100mah batteries & a wall charger looks to me like a bargain.??? As I've been an O Holborn roller for 40 + years does anyone reckon I'm going the right way about things? Any help much appreciated. Oh & HELLO !

I think you should just go and get a evic and a KANGER and pick some nice juice, i would not waste money on other stuff unless you got the cash to have a play around.
the only reason i say this is because i did all the messing about with all different stuff and wish i just gone with what i just said above. Do you need links ?

I've got an ego T and its okay. Great for a starter battery I have been using it 5-6 weeks and am now upgrading tomorrow as its pay day :-D that isn't trying to put you off, I have found it extremely reliable but you must remember to clean the battery contact that screws in to the charger regularly or it won't charge. Sounds like you'll be good to go, I felt the same aa you 6 weeks ago so I just bought a kit and keep on reading on here things will fall into place in time.

Smoking was never this much fun was it but all the research is worth it 'honest' The kit you have mentioned is a good way to get started and will be way better than the elite and work out much cheaper, any questions dont be afraid to ask we all started about the same way, until we found aaec. Welcome to the forum and the world of vaping

The ego starter kit is fine. Relax, it's not that complicated really - 3 months ago, I was totally confused. Each of us have our preferences for starter kits, but a charger, a battery, a couple of clearos (or cartos, but I think clearos are easier to use) and some juice are enough to get you going. Use those for a while just to get used to how it all goes together and works - and you may well find that's all you need for a happy vaping career. On the other hand, you might start wondering about the mysteries of dripping, recoiling, mixing your own juices, modding etc. - but all those things are optional, and an addition to the actual vaping experience. I've only been vaping since March, but I've learned so much from this forum - so you're in the right place - very helpful people here, just ask, and someone will answer you!

Welcome Frank. Maybe you could give us the details of the place you are planning to buy your eGo(s) kit. An eGo-T (+CE4 clearomisers) kit is a good starter kit. Whether it will be enough long-term is hard to say. Some people wish they had bought something posh/clever/expensive straight off, but I have no regrets buying a 2 battery 1100mAh kit. I still use it. I also have other stuff too. If elite means E-Lites, then probably best to put that down to experience. Sales spiel is sales spiel. Thankfully, between us, we know most things on here and can spot bullshit from a good distance. Ask away.

Have you taken the plunge and bought something Frankie? Sometimes that's just the best way, otherwise you end up going round in circles with all the options available to us now.

Good morning, The ego pass through was a good buy for me as I can vape while charging through a USB on the laptop. Just a thought..... good luck which ever way you go!
