Skins Improved Already!

Will be two weeks on Wednesday and already I can see a huge improvement with my skin. My face looks a much better colour and has a softer look. Don't get me wrong it hasn't turned me into Marilyn Monroe, but still, it looks kinda peachy. Made up, more money in my purse, no stale cig smell, now peachy skin too.

I must admit it is one of the things noticed with the two people i have recently got vaping they both had comments about their complexion , must be not coughing so much and putting strain on the small veins in your face alongside all those nasty chemicals on our faces.
Glad your still seeing improvements it makes it so worth it

You will soon notice aswell siffy your teeth color improving, better sleeps, better breathing, better taste buds....the list is endless

My teeth improved really fast .... and so did my skin until detox brought me out in spots a teenager would be impressed by luckily it didn't last long

Just had my haircut and the hairdresser said, oh Sharon, you look great, your skins really glowing. I told her I had not smoked for two weeks. Then a few minutes into the haircut she informed me the texture of my hair felt much better too. Oh am so loving this!

Just one more thing I hope happens. At only 5' 2' I often wondered if smoking stunted my growth, so looking forward to waking in a few months to find I am now 5' 6'. It will happen won't, won't it!!!

Siffy, that would be ace, I'm only 5'1 if I stand tall , perhaps I will wake up and be 5'10 I would be able to find some jeans the right length then .
I have noticed that my skin is pinker ( on my face ) but I wouldn't say it is better, it is no longer smooth, difficult to explain just feels a bit lumpy in parts.
Do vapers gain weight?  Everyone says you gain weight when you stop smoking , I've never in my life been on a diet, and I couldn't cope with that as well.

I wondered about the weight gain too! Like you I don't diet, won't diet, wouldn't keep tonit, too much of a rebel! I put on a stone last time I stopped smoking! Am since starting again back down to 9st 10. I have noticed my tummy rumbling more, am just ignoring it, drinking a glass of water, or grabing an orange. I once read that smoking keeps the weight down and that when people come off cigs they confuse that feeling (for the chemicals and crap) as hunger. I have personally noticed hunger type rumbles after 2 weeks of not smoking a stinky.

Most vapers don't gain weight, I suppose as you're still getting the nicotine and the hand to mouth thing!

I think everyone can confuse thirst with hunger, and vaping does dehydrate, so drink plenty of water

I've had a chocolate craving , and I am eating more, but it's chocolate not exactly good.
I weigh 48 kilo but my doc made a point of telling me to quit smoking but DO NOT gain any weight. No pressure there then.
