Not a mad post at all jacquif - I`m all for keeping it as simple as possible.
I don`t mind a fiddle now and again with new things, but not at the expense of having my daily kit causing problems by having nothing that works without a lot of messing about.

It is difficult to know where to start - I`ve had several devices I`ve bought and had to get rid of because they didn`t suit me, so do plenty of homework first before you do anything... have a budget (and stick to it) ask plenty of questions (you`ll get plenty of valid replies, but only you will be able to know if they are suitable for you) think about what you want your kit to do - and from there you can narrow things down Maybe you`ll be able to get a bargain on the classifieds, people are always upgrading and need to get rid of stuff....so many options for you, but keep calm and do plenty of research first.

I have the "square" iTasteVV myself and know what you mean - it depends how many more spares you bought for the iTaste......is it worth buying just another battery to use them up, or better to cut your losses and change to something else ? Just run the iTaste into the ground, using it around the house until you`ve exhausted the new supplies...if it lasts that long ? Although you`ll have to charge it more often. You may even be able to get an iTaste battery on the classifieds for example, if someone isn`t using it - just weigh up your available options carefully before doing anything impulsive

Batteries do have a finite lifespan - the more often you charge them up, the quicker they will reach the end of their useable life.
I think there`s a rough estimate of about 300 full charges for a Li-ion battery before they start underperforming - hold less charge for shorter time, longer to charge up etc....but whatever that amount is, they will tail off eventually.
It probably would work out cheaper in the long run to get separate batteries for a device, then you can change them out when necessary.

If they get endorsement they`ll be able to sell their overpriced crap easier.

You must keep at it - it used to be simple with the fags, get one out, light it, smoke it then stub it - apart from the odd "twig" you might find there wasn`t that much to go wrong unless you dropped the whole pack down the loo.... vaping`s a whole different beast with potentially more than it`s fair share of problems and annoyances. More than once have I smashed things to the ground and stamped them really hard because they annoyed me and it took 7 months or more before I found a setup that suited me..... and even then nothing was/is always 100% perfect ! it`s not always instant success, so as I said - keep at it, and don`t give up no matter how bad things seem to get, there`s always light at the end of the tunnel.

He didn`t really specify whether he wanted to Vape 'n' Go or get into fiddling with his bits & pieces again - I mistakenly overread it as being wanting less faff, but hopefully something will come to light either way

I was away from vaping* for a short while, not keeping up etc - carto/tank combo kept me sweet for a long time (even with the quirks) but recently found the Kanger Protank
No draw issues, bottom coil (keeps up when chainvaping - I was very surprised) easy to maintain, cheap heads for simplicity etc, and almost faff free....may be worth checking out ?
* Didn`t stop vaping - but was just using the same stuff.

Oh, I like the look of that - I wonder if it's any good? Waiting on the Silver version to arrive as I will test one out - but a point to note is they do not accept Kanger bases, which may be an issue if you were concerned about airflow of certain mod tops ?

Well done Digiw0rx too - every milestone is a good one, whether it`s a day or a year - even I`m still counting as I`m still amazed at how easy it was, and to finally lose the stinking cigarettes once and for all (I really didn`t think it would last)
