Of course everyone on here all know from first hand experience they are are effective if not better than conventional NRT but unfortunately this article may lead people to believe E cigs pose no risk to health, as it says in the article - "However, he did call for longer-term studies into the consequences of using the devices." so the report doesn't tell us anything we don't already know really. I'm not sure whats positive about this. If the study concluded that e-cigs have absolutely Zero health risks then i would be shouting "Yipee" etc etc. 

The reason i might sound so negative about this is im not one of those standard thread replies you see all over the net "i smoked 30 a day for 30 years untill...."   Infact i only smoked for 2 months after a 10 year quit and now i'm having issues getting off the e-cig and i worry stupid about putting this in my lungs.

Hi thanks for the replies - i found the grizwalds caramel tabac quite sickly - a little like smoking treacle !
I Also have menthol which im trying via the cartomizer. Still getting used to both delivery methods. not sure what one i prefer i think it will take some time.
All are samples which are 18mg (2% nicotene) i thought that was the amount of liquid in the sample not the strength ?
