I kinda thought raid that they should drop below 4v.

These are the batteries www.fasttech.com/products/1420/10002173/1156600-trustfire-protected-tf18350-3-7v-1200mah. I bought some off ebay and some off Fasttech.

I've got four 18350 batteries which when charged stop at 4.2 volts, I've checked this with a multimeter and thers a .1 discrepancy. When I use the battery it stops working at 4 volts, so I'm really getting very little use before putting them on charge again. Is that right, I thought they would drop down to around 3.6-3.7 volts before the protection kicked in?
It's possible I've misunderstood how the protection works, so if someone could clarify I'd be grateful. Thanks .
