Hi All,

i recently converted to vaping and purchased initial bits of a company called Smoko refills a rip off £14 for 5 carts !!.  After not saving much money have been refilling my empty carts with juice which is working out cheaper, but I would like to get a better system with better battery life etc etc 


what should i buy ??????

Hi paulcpfc, and welcome to the forum. Well done on your conversion from the dreaded stinkies, and a fag-free existence!
You will no doubt get loads of welcomes and advice, so I'll get in there first!
If you can tell us a bit about your previous smoking habits, that will help us guide you in the right direction.
I'll hang fire answering in more detail until you reply, but in the meantime have a look at this kit - Vape Escape Riva 1100 Kit
Don't be put off by the price - equate it to the amount you would have spent on cigarettes, and you'll see it's quite cheap, and will certainly be a whole shed load better than your current devices.
The batteries should last all day (yes, seriously!) and the choice of clearomiser and cartomiser enables you to try out both delivery systems before you decide on which one to settle for.
Don't forget to buy some juice too - Sampler bottles form the same vendor are a great way to try various flavours. You WON'T find one that taste like a real fag, so don't restrict yourself - be brave and go for fruits, desserts, and maybe a menthol too.

i smoked around 20 a day  more if drinking 

I have tried menthol juice so far as after giving up real fags my partner smoked menthol and I got back into smoking with them. I do have an apple and a cherry juice steeping (think that's the right term).  

just would like a better delivery system and I am confused with all the options out there.

Hang fire until the morning, you'll certainly get more welcomes and advice, but the Vape Escape gear is well worth a look at! You should be looking at 24mg juice to start with, maybe reducing to 18mg once you have stabilised a bit.

Welcome to the forum Paul and well done on escaping the stinking.

The Riva kit Chykensa linked to is the kit that got me off the stinkies so I can well recommended it. I still use my batteries out and about.

Some excellent suggestions above.

At only £7, it's little more than one days worth of cigarettes, cost wise, depending on the brand you smoked. And it lasted me all day. And excellent bit of kit to get you started, and wont break the bank.

I went a little nuts on my spending, and am now in the red with the vaping gear I have (when compared to what I would have spent on cigs), but if you take your time, you can keep in the black easily.

It is important to have back-ups though, as said before, so if you got 2 blister packs, that would give you your back ups. Then you could try a few different clearos / tanks. I recommend the mini protank, and evod. But the iClear16 would be a worthwhile try on these batteries too.

Once you find the clearo you like, then you could upgrade your battery to the spinners (they seem popular, but I have never tried one). www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=191

After that, there are plenty of mods on the market for the next leap. But one step at a time, and I would start off slow with 2 blister packs for £14. Don't forget your juice though. Paradise vapes usually throw in a wee sample with every order too...
