I always play nicely ... unless it is a card game ................................... I don't truly know what is responsible for the slightly "Airy" draw on the SVD. I just picked on what I deemed to be the most likely culprit. As someone who has spent much of his life reviewing consumer items I now feel I must investigate this further, not that I want to, I'd rather accept that it is what it is. lol Yes .... the Vamo SS VE was a very pleasant surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. As I said, no matter how many reviews you read or watch, it is important to remember that all these products were designed for the same purpose. They all have nice deep wells so that my T3S collection fits without having to remove the top rings, they all vape well, they all have settings that are easy to deal with. Even the lightweight SID's are durable enough for everyday use. Frankly, shinyitis aside, I would imagine the average vaper would be happy to have any of them. Why did I choose to buy all of them? I guess I decided to treat myself. Jag. (Caught in the brackets .....)

I'm no Brian Cox myself Jaguar7777 ... I'm just guessing that the smallest diameter air input would be the limiting factor. My reply to your OP was actually posed as a question/suggestion and not as a confrontational argument with you or anyone else on the internet I'm sure it was, and I didn't take it any other way. I have a very large sense of humour, too much for my own good, and I can sometimes be a touch sarcastic, but I hasten to add never with any intended malice. No argument or disagreement was intended. Besides, without opinions there would be no discussion. Jag. (Sometimes a sarcastic bugger.)

Hmmmm, yes well. Very impressive, but just what is the point of the exercise? Surely as the anti vaping facists are gathering to try and take our chosen tobacco alternatives away this sort of demonstration is both ill timed and ill advised. Then to post on social media just gives the other mob the sort of ammunition they need. We all have the ability to create the same effect but would you copy them ? The next time you are waiting at the traffic lights and some Boy Racer pulls up alongside with the noise machine throbbing and then races off with smoking ,screeching, tyres, would you consider racing to the next set of lights alongside? Nope neither would I. I am suprised that this infantile cloud chaser got a mention on here,as we are surely more mature and aware of the potential damage such actions can have. Right end of RANT.. I'll support you on this one ........ ....... if only for the fact that You Tube has a lot to answer for. The world is not the internet, it is a place where people interact. I certainly wouldn't want to interact with this idiot, or any other idiots like him. If he was sitting close to me and started that nonsense I'd be having a word with him. Fortunately, he is more likely to stay on You Tube, or Twitter ..... or Facebook ............. Jag. (Doesn't suffer fools gladly.)

I now have two Evics, two Smoktech Sid's, One Innokin Itaste SVD and one Vamo SS VE (V4) in my collection. They are a strange bunch. Different, but the same. They might look different, but they are simply posing, because deep down they all do the same thing. No, I'm not going to review them, there are too many reviews out there as it is. I'll just give my initial impressions. SMOKETECH SID : Fairly lightweight build quality, has that "Pulse Modulation" Rattlesnake sound. Easy to set up, easy to use. Just like all the others it does what it says on the tin. A good buy if you are on a budget. EVIC : Again fairly lightweight, set it up via the software and you really won't have to use the complicated menu system. Lovely display, nice elegant and functional design. Performs exceptionally well. Expensive but rewarding. INNOKIN SVD : This is a rather eccentric beast compared to the others. Has a slightly "Airy" draw due to the large hole they have drilled into the removable head. Simple menu, high build quality. The battery tube is the most eccentric part, but you do get used to it, eventually. Like the others, does what it says on the tin. Worth the extra few quid. VAMO SS VE (V4) : The best Vamo yet. Better display, better build quality. This one surprised me. I hated all three previous versions, but this fella won me over in minutes. Built like a tank, works well and feels oh so much better than the previous versions. It might just be me but the firing button seems to have been improved. Again, does what it says on the box. Actually, there is nothing on the box, and no instructions either ........ Okay, I like them all. I use them all. Frankly, any of them will do what you need them to do. The Mods Are Coming! However, choosing one isn't going to be that easy. I think it will all come down to your budget and your personal tastes. Jag. (A thumbs up to all of them.) Surely the airy draw is down to the size of the air holes in whatever atty you are using not the beauty ring? No matter how much air the beauty ring would allow you to draw in, the limiting factor is the size of the air holes in the atty. You would think so, but it doesn't seem to work that way. Place the same Clearomizer on any of the others and it is less "Airy." For some reason the SVD seems to draw more air in. It isn't my imagination, it's fact. Indeed it has been well reported on the internet. Besides, I'm not Brian Cox, just an average guy who tends to like the truth. Jag. (It's "Airy" ....... F**k knows why ......... )

Liqua Tobacco Flavour on an Innokin SVD.
Interesting ..... The Liqua is another RY4 clone, but a rather good one. No aftertaste and no dry mouth syndrome.

Good luck with that. You used to be able to tell by the positioning of the air holes on the base, they are uneven in most of the clones. The problem is that both the original AND the clones appear to be produced in the same factories. Such is the way in China ....... Jag. (When is an Evod NOT an Evod?)

Jaguar7777 nobody is asking you to vote. Just send them an email telling them what an arse they are if they vote for the TPD in its current form. Maybe even quoting some of what you said above: Whether you vote or not, or agree with voting or not, letting them know what you think of them is surely not against your principles? Actually, it would be against my principles. I said I want nothing to do with them, and I meant it. I enjoy vaping, just as much as anyone else. I don't want that pleasure to be controlled by politicians, but there are other factors involved here. People are starving. People are homeless. The elderly are treated like second class citizens. People cannot afford heating. Then there is the worldwide suffering and inhumanity. I could go on and on here, but I am sure you get my point. The thing is, as a worldwide priority I would have to say that vaping rights comes pretty low on the list. I think some of you, hell bent on your little hobby have lost quite a bit of perspective. There are bigger problems to be dealt with. Real Smokers have had years of legislation, and they just had to put up with it. As much as you protest, you are almost honour bound to have to do the same. These are Politicians you are dealing with, not reasonable, responsible human beings. Trust me, whatever they give you with their right hand they will take away with their left hand. I stand by what I said. I have larger priorites. Why would I e-mail an arsehole? To beg him to let me do what I want to do? lol Hardly, he is in this game to get me to do what HE wants me to do. I will abstain and try in my own way to support larger and more important issues. Jag. (NOT a political animal.)

Finding a decent Tobacco flavour is probably the hardest thing to do. Some of the American flavours are pretty close, and pretty expensive as well. I tend to use only Hangsen, and Golden tree is my favourite vape. I'd say it was close but no cigar. USA Mix and USA RED are also quite "Close" to the product they mimic. Jag. (Better than the real deal at least .....)

I noticed you posted my order, Jason. I wonder if you included a can of metal polish. I think I am going to need it. Thanks for the continued great customer service. Jag. (Becoming a Toy Boy.)

I would like to help here, but I cannot. I never vote. Unless they make voting compulsory that will remain the case unless democracy itself changes in some way. Of course, I suspect that hell would freeze over before that happens. I consider Politicians as one of the great evils bestowed upon this Planet. I want nothing to do with them. As far as I am concerned their word is not worth the paper it is written on, and their neglect of those truly in need around the world is in my opinion inhumane and disgraceful. The Law and E-Cigarettes? They have bigger problems that need dealing with, and if they could just take their finger out of the pie for one minute then perhaps it might just dawn on them. However, they just love that pie. To them it is the whole world. Sorry folks, as much as I agree with you, I'll have to abstain. Jag. (Voting simply encourages them.)

I'l check now for you Jerri Glad your parcel arrived Jag, That was good going for Royal mail one end of the country to the other , The liqua tobacco has quite an authentic tobacco taste - enjoy! I just used your services again, not quite such a large order, but it does go to show that good service is its own reward. I'm pretty sure I will enjoy the Liqua. Thanks again. Jag. (A very satisfied Jag.)
