I recoiled my Taifun using a 1.6 ohm microcoil (9 wraps of 0.3mm kanthal around a 2mm drill bit) and cotton wool .... the vape is 10 times better than the 3 wick silica set up and still leak, gurgle and dry-hit free. Give it a go guys and experience the difference ... like night and day. ETA: leave the cotton long enough so that it reaches down to just above the threads of the base. I did made a coil but I used .25 kanthal as its what I have.I used that method to twist down the cotton till the base as I so it somewhere and it helps allot in the gurgling and no more condensation in the dip tip.

Well I found that this is my favorite atomizer ever, the only issue I sometimes find is that sometimes when I place it over the Evic it reads (plays) different the Ohm like for ex when I test it over the multimeter it will read 1.9 ohm but when I place it over the Evic it read 2.4 then I take it out again and read 2.0 ohm and then 1.9 ohm. Could it be the screw on the bottom? or did some of you encounter this problem? Varying resistance like this is usually an indication the the coil is getting gunked up melitahams ... may be time for a dry burn or a new coil? Its a new coil @freefromsmoking when it makes like that and I still cannot get the reason why

I was disappointed in all honesty, so you're not alone Melita . . . how about adding some Apple flavour by itself? If you'd like a really nice Apple Pie concentrate, then F'arts is hard to beat as it is really yummy. I don't remain any more Apple flavour now I just add 3 drops of cola in now. I did tried the other mix of Ry4 and its wierd unlike the other Ry4 flavour I got .For sure I won't buy anymore DKS flavours. I was about to buy a ready made apple juice and add it to the mix. I will take a look at F'arts Thanks

I did put all the 5 ml now and still can't even have a slight apple taste I won't buy again from this flavor as it's not worth a penny. I will see if I can mix it with another flavor now

I'm being dense . . . what are DKS flavours and who are BV? Scrub that, google was my friend: www.bargainvapour.com/DKS_Flavour_Concentrates/p1274299_8034690.aspxI bought some from C9V, double strength my elbow . . . mixed them all at my normal 15-20% to get any flavour. I'd forget what measly advised amount you've already added and pop in a further minimum 10% Melita . . . which working on 30 drops to a ml is 90 drops to your 30ml. You may need more, but see how that goes first. So you recon I should put all the 5 ml to the mix ?

what percentage did you mix you apple at? I only ask because the drops method can be hard to measure, as many of the recipe programmes suggest 20 drops to 1ml <<and they mean big fat glass droppers, not teeny tiny dripper tips on some bottles. I made that mistake and had to almost triple my drop amount. Now I pull the plastic tip off and use a 1ml syringe to measure properly as per recipe. 16 drops does sound measly for a 30ml mixture? I'm sure most fruits are quite weak, I know I did a capella raspberry and I put in 20%? Fruit mixes only need a couple of days steeping so you should be able to taste the apple flavouring almost immediately It's about 3% as in the site they say to put from 3 to 6 drops per 10 ml

if kaywool is in fact eko wool then that's where your problem lies, 2mm is infact the internal diameter of eko wool - it's a hollow weave. Try with 3 strands of 1mm eko wool and see if that helps. Or try with 3 strands of 2mm silica Damm I never knew this on ekowool even tough I won't use it again.

i'd sand the screw head myself rather than the insulator, just leave it all in one piece, place some wet and dry on a flat surface and give it a rub over until ok. That I already solved it out and I guess when I put the pin back I tighten it too much as now I did re tighten it and coil it once again and it vapes much better.

First Happy Christmas to all I Have a problem regarding the Kaifun clone as I cant get a good vape from it unlike the Taifun Gt as it's really a beast. Anyone had the same issue before or know what it could be ? I did coil it with 2 wraps of 2mm silica and .2 Kanthal A1 Heat Resistance and got it 1.9 ohm it vapes but I pretended to give more
