You've just given me an idea tcg69 . . . . Claire's Creme de Vanille, with some added chocolate could also work:

Greigster I'm 99% sure that Pixie used the Capella in her mix, it has a similar profile, slightly sharper if that makes sense so I presume she used some softener/mouthfeel/creamy concentrate in there like marshmallow or perhaps sweet cream to blend the edges so to speak. I mix the Cap one at 18% and don't add anything to it as it's nice on it's own Thanks TJ I will get some and give it a try, a change is as good as a rest. Thanks again Neil
I'd agree that Eve highly likely used Capella . . . . as she certainly did in all of her concentrate blends that I tried, although that didn't include Mint Choc Chip. At the time their range was new and rather exciting to us in the UK as it had to be imported from the US - how times change!

TPA/TFA here again 'hit and miss'. Mainly Capella & Flavorart, but .. depending on availability... IF I could get hold of the 2 concs above.. Kevs mix was 10% NYC 5% FVD What ratios would you try?, I love NYC as its so creamy...
I really, really love TPA's French Vanilla Deluxe - one of the first vanilla concentrates I ever tried and I've pretty much stuck with it ever since, despite trying numerous others in the meanwhile. None of them have compared, for my tastes.
It's quite a full on flavour, generally I use it between 3-5% . . . . and it needs a good ' custard ' steep to be at it's nicest.
Their Cheesecake I haven't tried, as like you Capella's NYC suits me just fine. I'd be inclined to make a small sample of them both up at the 10% and 5% and take it from there Mike if you can get them.

Can't help you there sadly Neil . . . . I've a couple of 10ml bottles of Miss Chief kicking around somewhere, but that's about it.

Do Chefs ship to the country where you now live, would such items get through Customs if they did?
Hi Mandy, Unfortunately Chefs cant ship to the country where I now live ...its too risky...I can get certain concentrates here, but one supplier wont stock V1, as it contains Diacetyl,so will only stock V2... and the other supplier is hit and miss...sometimes in stock...sometimes not...
I had a horrible feeling that might be the case Mike.
Can you get TPA/TFA's Cheesecake and French Vanilla ( Deluxe ) where you are . . . . personally I'd rather use those rather than any Capella V2's, but that's purely my own personal preference.

Oh, and Perpetua , the only thing that makes 4am bearable is being unconcious.
I wish Dave . . . . although it's tolerable during the lighter mornings and we've had some lovely ones this last few weeks here. No wonder I spark out generally by 9pm in the evenings, 10pm is a late night for me.

Me too. Getting up at the time I do for setting off to DoggyDayCare then work it's lovely and light which makes 4am in the morning considerably more bearable!
4am ???!!! I struggle to get up by 6! I wish I was one of those morning people
I'm not naturally to be truthful rezello, more of a night owl . . . . I've just had to re-train myself for current circumstances, although an early morning walk and drive does have a charm on a nice spring or summer's day.
The reverse is completely true in the winter!
