I've popped your thread onto our Mixology Board bobby00, incase you think it's been whooshed away . . . . not a fan massive of menthol/cool vapes myself, so my own experience is limited. If I do make a menthol type mix for anyone, then I tend to combine it with some spearmint and/or peppermint for some sweetness and depth.
ghostrider1971 loves his ' chilly ' vapes, so is one mixer who can advise you . . . . start low on percentages and work up to what suits your own tastes would be my advice, whilst remembering that too much of some of these additives have the tendency to mute other flavours in a recipe. |

That's a PITA Franc grizwald56 . . . . Health Cabin have been selling that for yonks, used to buy it myself back in the day and add a little TPA Caramel Original to it, for my tastes.
Dredging Ye Olde Memory Banks, Lisa's was very similar in taste we all decided at the time - if not in price:
( Perhaps if you wheedled your way round her Vendor to Vendor, she might send you a sample to try. )
ETA: Because I've just remembered . . . . think it was Dave Dorn who made the discovery initially Franc, he used to bathe virtually in RY4 so tried most of those available then.

Sounds like a VG intolerance, rarer than PG intolerance but still a thing for some. I vape a min of 80% PG 'coz too much VG gives me phlegm. Agree nothing wrong with PG per se and as you say some people's bodies dont't like it, yes not as many as with PG, but it is still definitely a thing that gets ignored.
IMO PG has important advantages over VG like working at a far lower temp (for me 370-380 F on PG vs around 450 F for VG), anti bacterial and a little less smog that more importantly clears far more quickly, and nowadays it is the smog that gets us banned from pubs etc and it coats your windows and windscreens.
Which I have to admit is a bind, the regularity with which I've to clean these surfaces . . . . through choice my PG ratio would be higher, but the bod says no.

After what seemed like forever faffing this afternoon, watching reviews to find out the most basic information ( like getting the tank out - it's all easy when you know how! ) generally pratting about with adapters and drip tips, finally I got the Billet Box clone from Fasttech up and running using an SSOC coil head . . . . I think it would have been easier to build and use the Vape Shell on reflection. That behind me, I'm really enjoying using this . . . . . so much so, looking at replacement door panels now!

I'm vaping that Eton Mess recipe that you posted atm. Very nice indeedy 👍😘 Delighted you're enjoying it jtc.  I haven't tried the honeycomb yet Perpetua , have you?
I haven't even made it yet!
Currently I've 10 custardy permutations in the advanced stages of steeping, so I really must try and use some of those up first, before making any more.
Another VTA custardy recipe for you jtc , tcg69 and anyone else who fancies it of course . . . . from the the same chap who created the Honeycomb Custard;
