Would you mind putting up an idiots guide to wiring and soldering such a beautiful interior. I'm not too worried about how the outsides look, more about how to fit and finish the electrickery!!!

WOW!!! Any chance of a build video? I would like to build a Mod over winter, but don't have the confidence yet. I've seen a few videos, but your dual build looks fantastic! Great photos too! Thanks for sharing

No experience, but I'm fancying a Vaping experiment or 2 in the New Year. I've got a couple of DNA Mods that offer Temp control, so I might try a couple of NiChrome and Stainless Steel builds to see if I can notice much difference between varying materials.

Oumier Wasp Nano, though I wouldn't say it's old skool MTL, like say a Kafun. It does suit the way my Vaping has developed. The only other Squonkers I've tried came as part of kits (and were dual coil and a bit pants), or are quite old hat now, and just don't quite cut it for me nowadays.

Let her know that if she gets a Quality Regulated Mod and buys Batteries from a well respected stockist then she will make life much simpler for herself. Sticking to Pre-made coils (not too low) is fine for a beginner, and in depth knowledge of Ohms Law isn't as important as trying to quit Smoking. If she wants to try Mech Mods (when you really do need a working knowledge of oHms etc!) then she should wait til she is comfortable Vaping on regulated Mods.

8 Years, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday AAEC. This Forum was instrumental in beginning my Vaping journey, and is somewhere I check into still regularly. Thanks for setting up AAEC all those years ago and thanks for keeping it going so long Mod's. This Forum has probably helped more people quit Smoking in 8 years than will ever be counted. Here's to the next 8!!

I got the VTinbox. It's been my out and about for a couple of months now. No issues so far with the Mod, bottles a decent size and I Vape at around 1.2-1.5oHm on a single coil and get through 2 or more batteries in a day as I Vape quite heavily. I've dropped it a few times now, and though I don't feel it's as robust as my Sigelli 100w+ (what is!! ) it still fires up fine. The only issues I've read about has been oversquonking and leaking into the Mod through the 510 pin causing board problems. I Squonk, on this Mod, with a Oumier Wasp Nano and it's a very forgiving Atty and has a deep well compared to the position of the airholes so doesn't leak too often. I'd just prefer a dual 18650 option .

20 fags around £10 for a known "Brand" which would be the average a smoker got through in a day (a lot more for me, less for others)I guess. No way can even expensive pre-made juice cost the equivalent!

Hcigar VTinbox, cheap(ish) come up second hand quite often, I really like mine. It has an 8ml bottle, so a good Vape time between refills. The RDA that comes with it isn't my cup of tea, but I got a Wasp Nano RDA second hand, but quite cheap new. You might find yourself recoiling more often, as I find my coils much more gunked up (or maybe I can see them better in an RDA )

Fancied a pop at one of these or the Oumier RDA for squonking. But that all in one cap/drip tip just put me off. Like the deck design but think I'll give it a miss. Good informative review. I got the RDA as a Squonker and have been impressed. The all in one cap/drip tip didn't take as long to get used to as I thought it would, but the whistle from the airflow is a little strange. I'd get another one, if I didn't have a list of other Squonkers on my wishlist already.

Great value for a dual battery Mod!! Cheap enough to buy a couple to use for work or out and about!
