For a new user the denture tablet is easiest any unflavoured one will do or bicarb a spoonful in a cup is enough. Later you will learn how to dryburn and recoil and all the rest kitty778 but later is good enough just enjoy. |

sleedale it's very similar but 510 connection so really needs a beauty ring then looks really good on an MVP and so easy to recoil. With the added advantage of airflow control.

CCW prices go up and down on Amazon I've noticed seems if a flavour gets popular in goes up and if it looses popularity it goes down. Maybe something to do with stock control. Just keep an eye on it Q buggritt |

I got a few of these sleedale www.fasttech.com/products/1707205 only £4.26 with airflow control. They are dual coiled but I replaced that with my normal single coil and rayon had no leaks. I just make sure that the rayon is fluffed on the tails enough to fill the gap. They are quite similar to protank minis. I don't use extra grommets at all. |

ionian if you buy a bottle of 18mg and a bottle of 12mg you can mix them together to get 15mg if you wish to cut down more.

Hi freddo I've only just started to reduce my nicotine and only reduce by 2mg at a time. I'm in no hurry to reduce though as I have a couple of litres in the freezer. I've reduced from 18mg to 16mg without noticing any difference. |

I gave my old kit to my grand daughter when she went to Bali for a holiday. She didn't want to go back to stinkies after giving up and her friends are smokers. I did some zero nic juices and she was well happy and has returned a non smoker still. Unfortunately her ego's and protank minis were confiscated by our customs on her return no idea why. She has still got an Itaste EP though and has asked for more zero nic mixes which I'm happy to mix for her.

If you download the forum calculator it works very well and let's you input all your flavours then search for recipes with just those flavours. A very handy feature especially for new mixers. The calculator is free and works on all platforms including iPads which the juicemeup calculator doesn't.

I haven't received any for the last 2 weeks for input from vendors either ronaldo maybe they are too busy preparing for vapefest. Hopefully it will pickup after. Hope there is a stall to collect signatures I haven't heard if there is and I can't go myself. It looks like you will all have a very good time and I look forward to all the piccies. |

I forgot the limes for my side dish of lime and coriander rice Sunday so used CCW kefir lime that I use in my mixes. I got loads of compliments on it too lol.

itsmeitis Tesco cottonwool is perfumed somehow lots of people have had funny tastes from both tesco and asda cottonwool. Sainsburys Wilko Boots and Waitrose all seem fine I used sainsburys basic 100% cottonwool balls for ages with no funny taste. I'm using rayon now though.
