Thanks people. Think I may treat myself to a spinner for xmas - are they as good as the reviews indicate? - would I notice much of an improvement over my current and yet to get batteries?
Oh also are the ones I bought today the same as my riva 1100 except the duration between charges. Ta again

Been vaping a short while now. Great no problems at all - until today............ I've only gone a bust my battery, sat down with it in my back pocket and "Kerplunk" - thankfully after listening to you good folk I have one spare battery a Riva 1100mAh (thank god). But in my panic to get more spare batteries I bought 2 EVOD BATTERY 650 MAH from myepack.co.uk/batteries/evod-battery-650-mah.htmlAre they ok? and do iclear16 clearomisers fit on them (and did I pay way over the odds £8.99 each) Thanking you

I love JJ stuff - cheap and tasty. I have tried Alchemist cupboard juices and prefer JJ -strange on how some juices can work for some and not others. Oh also just a heads up on very cheap juice!! - Today juicyvapes.co.uk/ are selling everything with 25% off using code BF1. Now if you go to special offers tab you will see: Butterscotch 30mls on sale for £3.59 Lemonade 30mls on sale for £3.59 And others such as apple, coffee, bannana all 30 mls Apply code and get an extra 25% off with free delivery. cheap as chips. I have not tried juiceyvapes before but at that price worth a try me thinks

Joosejuice prices are awesome, and delivery super fast. Menthol is fantastic and may I be so bold to recommend the Bubblegum (mixed with a drop of menthol, its really lovely) -also blackcurrant, apple, raspberry and the vanilla also very good. Actually try them all, for £1.49 per 10ml you can't go wrong

gregb - I like your thought process!! -Got me thinking about a spinner as well, just using my viva 1100 battery at minute (is that an evod style one?) -sorry still newbie status Would the spinner make much/any difference to the vape experience? -how do you kow what setting to put it to without blowing yourself and every-one around you to a million tiny pieces

Hi there gregb - Like your style, if you are going to give up the cigs give yourself the best possible chance and do it right. I was lucky enough to stumble across this site about 5 weeks ago and have been of the "smokes" now for 1 month, 5 hours and 20 mins (give or take a minute or two To be honest before that I did not even know vaping excisted!! - but my 20+ year 20 a day habit is but a thing of the past. Fair play to you and your better half for doing your homework and getting some brill kit. I have a Viva 1100 kit (pretty basic judging by some of the "bad boys" some on here pack ) but the two batteries and spare clearomisers suit me in the meantime. It is the juices that I can't get enough off -I want all flavours and I want them now!! - so far my favourites have been Joose Juice Mentol -Woh fresh and powerful, Bubblegum also from JJ -really nice, put in a bit of menthol and a most wonderfull combination will be yours to behold - Mocha from JJ - nice coffee flavour - Egg Custard from Alchemists cupboard, you know you want to try that!! -Arctic mint from Vapeescape, fresh and very minty also can recommended JJ Blackcurrant. Joose Juice is brill value only £1.49 per 10ml and 30ml is BOGOF with a discount code as well Vape well my friend

Ok this is not very scientific but read on................ Quit the cigs exactly 4 weeks ago after taking up vaping Now bearing in mind I was a 20 a day man for 20 odd years, this was perhaps a real life miracle!!! When smoking I always ran/jogged approx 2-3 days per week averaging 6 miles per run (mad I know). Best 10k time was 51mins. I always convinced myself that smoking had no bearing on my running ability (again mad I know) . Since quitting the "smokes" I have gained approx 7lbs in weight - same exercise and no increase in food intake. Google has explained that the likely weight gain is down to changes in bacterial make-up in the gut, more energy giving bacteria is generated www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/08/130829093032.htmOn Sunday I ran a 10k in a new PB of 48mins, but weighed 7Ibs more!! -so there you have it - not ground breaking or earth shattering news, but quitting smoking does make you fitter and Vaping appears not to have any detrimental effects.

Hi People -still going strong -vape happy Planning to buy a couple of the iclear 16 clearomisers but got a bit confused as it says it is Resistance: 2.0 ohm and should not be used on an ego battery, my battery is Riva 1100 style (assume same as ego) - but read some people say it will work fine on my kit? -any thoughts on this? -noted myepack have them on sale at £3.49 is this a good price do you think? Thanks again

Hi All - 24 days in and no "stinkies".
In fact vaping is working too well if that is possible. By that I mean am I vaping too much? is it possible to over vape.
Today for instance was a particularly stressful day at work and I smoked -sorry vaped approx 5-6ml of juice 12mg nic!!!!!!! Is that a lot? -how much would you good people get through per day and does any-one know what say 5ml of juice equates to number of cigarettes?
Ta

Hello I used to smoke 15-20 per day for over 20 years and stopped IMMEDIATELY once I got my kit (as recommended on here) www.vapeescape.co.uk/Deluxe-Vaping-Kits/VE-Riva-1100-Deluxe-Kit/Vape-Escape-Riva-1100-Deluxe-Kit.html I bought some juices from www.joosejuice.co.uk and I was all set. 3 weeks in and I can safely say I will never go back to the "smokes" If I was you I would avoid the cig-look alikes and get a kit something like mine (other good ones out there as well) Take your time to read over this forum, lots of lovely people to help you. Great birthday pressie idea by the way! -get hubbie to sit down and read on here if you can. Believe me it can work..................

Thanks all for super welcome!!!!!!!! Been looking at all the various options and think I will go with the mini pro-tank as my 1st glass option. Noticed this myepack.co.uk/review/product/list/id/714/category/11/ and it seems a good price at £19.99, considering it comes with a battery and 5 spare coils as well - do you agree? Quick question if you want to change juices with the protank can you just swap over or does it have to be rinsed out first -does it matter? -also how long would I expect a coil to last. Thanks again
