I bought a camo green VTR from millerc75. Details were exchanged on Sunday and the item arrived today (Tuesday). Well packaged, super quick delivery and the VTR is in excellent condition. A fast and easy transaction, thank you Chris

I can't imagine how you cope sammy13, poor you, gentle hugs from me x I've had sleepless nights in the past due to pain from a back problem and it was awful. I'm so glad it was only temporary, I'm really not sure I could put up with it constantly. Do you manage to get any relief from analgesics? A friend of mine had terrible constant pain in her shoulder for years following a car accident. The pain wouldn't respond to any pain killers. She was very lucky when her doc sent her for therapy at a pain clinic. I went with her and they explained it was a problem with nerve malfunction, her nerves were transmitting the wrong signals to her brain. The clinic was brilliant, she stayed there for a week and she had various classes which helped her learn how to control the nerve impulses. Her pain became much easier to deal with and she eventually managed to control it completely. It's quite scary that your own body can torture you like that!

Blimey, there's a lot of people on here who seem to be able to get by on just a few hours sleep ??? How on earth do you cope? I get the odd night when I can't stop waking up, luckily they're few and far between, but they turn me into a monster My hubby has problems sleeping and rarely gets a full nights sleep but somehow he manages to get by, he can also sleep for England at the weekend! I'm very jealous of those of you who can go back to bed for a lie-in, I just can't do it

Since I've been coming to AAEC I've noticed a lot of threads are started after I go to bed and I have to try and catch up in the morning! I was a postie for 11 years and although I left the job more than 10 years ago I've never been able to get out of the habit of waking in the early hours, some days I'm up around 4am (yup, even at the weekend ) Of course this has a knock on effect and I'm usually asleep by 9.30 or 10
So are you up with the birds like me, or do you pull all-nighters regularly?

Wow mel, you've had a horrible time recently, my thoughts are with you and I know from experience how awful you must be feeling Please stop feeling bad over the few cigs you're still using. A 35 year habit is very difficult to break, I'd been smoking for 38 years and took a good long while to break the hold the stinkies had on me. You will get there, you've already noticed they aren't doing it for you and I found that feeling gets stronger the longer you can go without a cig. I eventually packed them in completely 9 months ago and now I can't believe I used to smoke around 30 of the things every day Good luck with your journey into the wonderful world of vaping, we're with you all the way

Hello pollypalletteWelcome to AAEC, there is no doubt this forum and these lovely people will help with any and all questions you might have. You'll only have to ask You're already getting great suggestions on what to spend your pennies on next. I haven't used an Itaste, but have got an MVP and the battery life can't be beaten. Innokin products are very good quality in general and if you make the choice to buy either you won't go far wrong. Good luck with your decision

If she already has a Protank 2 and 3 though might want to consider the adaptor rings to use the aspire heads - £3 or so and they make a world of difference although my PT2 gives a noticeably tighter draw than the Davide. I'm in agreement with dreamylittledream and I'd definitely suggest giving the bcc to bdc adaptor a try with the aspire heads. I had 2 original Protanks that had been sitting in the corner of a box unused for ages cos I'd given up on them. I gave the adapter a try, having nothing to lose and I'm glad I did, my Protanks have a new lease of life and they're back in my rotation again. Well worth the £3 or so. I do like my iClear 16s too but only with some juices as they do give a pretty warm vape that doesn't seem to work well with certain flavours

Good grief! You guys have me completely confuddled now, with your embedded links and codes and not forgetting text files! I'm from the days when the most up to date equipment we had at school was a clunky manual typewriter I'm quite a dummy when it comes to computers, though I can put together a simple spreadsheet and send an email, so I just about get by jess it's perfect right where it is I took shorthand & typing at school as my main course subject and there were just 2 electric typewriters in the whole class of about 30, the rest were those clunky manual typewriters, and of course I had one of the clunky ones, all the letters covered with blank caps so you couldn't see them Oh, how things have moved on eh Oh yes, things have definitely moved on tootsI hate myself when I start on the 'when I was a kid we didn't have....... (insert electronic gadget) ....we had to make do with 2 paper cups and a piece of string' etc etc

I've tried to add the EFVI banner to my signature, but it's not working. Copied and pasted as instructed, but I'm not terribly clever at figuring out how to fix it if it goes wrong!
Could someone help me please?
