Tried to post an image, not so easy on a tablet! ??? It's my new combo, a Perdita with a Siam tank and a Garry Dibley drip tip. Loving it shame I can't seem to upload the pic

Lol.......kids, don't you just love 'em I have to admit though, I'm not terribly sympathetic when hubby's ill, I know he'll happily milk it given the chance, bless him

Poor you, sounds like you might have picked up your daughters bug. You can get similar symptoms after stopping the cigs, not sure if they're as intense as yours sound though. I've been lucky enough not to have had a cold (or bird flu ) since I started vaping full time. Although I had a few days when I had a really sore throat and thought I was going to succumb. Vaping was really rough on my throat from both the nicotine and flavouring, felt as though I was inhaling razorblades! I found that watering my usual juice down in my tank with a plain, no nic 50/50 PG/VG mix helped a lot. Hubby is just getting over a cold (only had it for a week this time!) and I diluted his too, he found it helped. I doubt you've got any supplies so I'd be more than happy to send you some if you'd like to give it a try? Just PM me

I've managed to wangle a day off So, on my menu today I'll be making 100ml Mom and Pops RY04 (absolutely my favourite tobacco) 50ml Mom and Pops RY0 (cause I like the base tobacco in the RY04 so much, figured it'd be right up my street) 50ml Red Astaire (rude not to) 50ml F'Arts Oba Oba (sounds lovely) 50ml F'Arts Butterscotch (love butterscotch) 30ml F'Arts Marzipan (made up some F'Arts RY4 Nutzilla last week and I'm sure I picked up marzipan when fresh, but it seemed to disappear after a few days, I have a cunning plan to put it back) and last but not least 30ml F'Arts Apricot Oh yes, and a Victoria Sponge for hubby That'll be me stocked up for a couple of weeks (and the sponge will probably be gone by tomorrow evening!)

That's terrible news rigdriver, no wonder you're feeling devastated, any one of us would be feeling the same. Fingers crossed someone's noticed it, picked it up and you'll be reunited tomorrow

Oh Roscopecotrain, your kittens are just gorgeous, so jealous. I'm not allowed cats cos hubby wants a dog and that's a no go while we both work full time (and love our holidays too much!) Suki is a beauty too chrisjw

Well, I think you should be put forward for a bionic overhaul on the NHS, sammy13! Hope you don't think I'm being trite, I'm truly stunned at what you're coping with, have another hug Oh and I just had to google ITP I certainly do need re-building, falling to bits I am lol. Don't think you are been trite at all, I laugh about it all the time, I have to. I was always extremely active, a gym freak, a dancer, loved extreme sports and working 2 jobs 16 hours per day, I got told by the specialist, you did too much too young, doesn't help much. ??? I have done a lot though , just wish I could do it now as well lol. I can't even cook anything in the oven these days cos it's too low. Microwave food - way to go. ITP - its a good one - sounds horrendous doesn't it, I ended up with it after suffering a form of leukemia, don't ask me what that means, I was young at the time. I had to have a bone marrow transplant that is all I know, but since then I have ITP. Oooooh found a video for you! Not sure if that'll come out right, I'm still a learner!

Good grief, sammy13, it's no surprise that you struggle to sleep I can't imagine paracetamol does the job! How on earth are you considered to be able to work? That's incredible Paracetamol helps, but just isn't strong enough. I have much more going on as well due to those conditions like in the last 8 months I have had a grade 3 tear hamstring, torn my shoulder muscle by picking up a shopping bag, and ruptured my glutomus maximus ( sp ), I also have raynauds, an an aneuryism and Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, that doesn't hurt though lol. I'm also just over cervical cancer. Capable of work - well certain hours that I choose per day or just once a week etc yes, would anyone employ me full time no - so I am now one of the lost ones, I get no money from nowhere. Well, I think you should be put forward for a bionic overhaul on the NHS, sammy13! Hope you don't think I'm being trite, I'm truly stunned at what you're coping with, have another hug Oh and I just had to google ITP
