I think if you buy authentic from FT then you're buying exactly the same item as you'd buy in the UK only cheaper. So it's not only cheap it's quality too. If you buy styled then you take chance IMO. Having said all that I do like a Provari or three  |

I cut the nicotine altogether, once I got down to 6mg I reduced by 1mg every month or so until I was at zero. I never noticed any adverse effects or cravings whatsoever. After about 6 months of nic free I quit vaping altogether and that's coming up 4 months ago now |

Bad news folks, I won't be able to make the meet tomorrow as I've just been hit with a large bill to remove a wasps nest from a back window. Council will only do it free for council tenants and not for house owners  . This will leave me struggling this month, so no goodies or vaping purchases either. I'm really pissed off  at this as I was so looking forward to meeting you all. I wish you all a very merry day out and hope you don't get too drunk. I hope my fortunes will be restored by the time October's meet comes around and I eventually get to meet you. Wow how much does it cost to get a nest removed ? |

Didn't Team GB do well. 27 Golds, just two short of the London haul in 2012 and we've won more total medals in Rio than London. Still got the chance of one more gold in the boxing tonight |
