Nice one.... never really had much success with eckowool myself....due to finding it harder to make the coil around the wick.

Well what do you know, I'm actually getting a fairly successful vape out of this thing at last. I've used dual coils at 1 ohm, two coils of .34mm and 10 wraps with 3mm ekowool. Not burning any more at least and getting reasonable clouds but I need to get the ohms down a bit to use it on the mech mod. Nice one.... never really had much success with eckowool myself....due to finding it harder to make the coil around the wick.

Or just keep it for a mess about / backup in case vaping dies on its arse. Got the AGI which does both, the rsst, a kayfun clone and just buying a real kayfun lite plus just now so it's defintiley going lol Swap is a good idea though You might just get something interesting, or at least better. Just wondering, what ohms were you using? you can definitely make some clouds with it....if you can manage the heat.
Seem to remember a dual dragon nano build in it made a fairly cool vape....but I made it higher ohms(1.3ohms) and not very flavourfull at all.

trident v1 base is a better fit for the trident v2 top cap by the way, and better screws too. Last time I listen to Rip and his suggestions lol Although to be fair I did his cotton ball in the AGI using it as a dripper and it was pretty spectacular. This thing must be crap. It's going and that's that lol. I bought it after watching loads of videos and reading a thread on here, convinced it was the best for the price, and thought it was great as first rda...but it ain't ... still not 'too' bad. Got a castle partly because heard how great it was from a mate of a mate, and seeing reviews but to be honest other than being the coldest vape I've got I'm yet to see out spectacular out of it...think its for serious subohmers who go down to 0.2ohms etc. My fav is still the orieco storm at the moment, best flavour, but if you get one and hate it don't shout at me lol. |

It was my first rda so even though I thought it were great at time, it probably weren't.
Was a leaky dam thing too.
Found the plastic fasttech one, but can't find metal trident v2.

Your point about heat, yeah some drippers seem to produce warmer vape for sane ohms....I've forgotten what trident does....mines buried in my others tin.
Buggered the screws, been meaning to swap base with fasttech v1 plastic version I bought as seems a straight swap.
