Tough stance in the USA, trouble is you have state and federal laws. At least in the UK legislation on things like e-cigs has to go through many stages to become law.

I think the atomiser has a hole in the bottom and its filling up the VTR. Blimey those iClear 30s's really drink the juice...... I have the VTR set at 8.5 watts and it's like I'm sucking the juice through it rather than vaping it. Still, great plumes of vapour, he he.

VTR came in the post today. All set up and vaping. All working fabulously, but wow this thing weighs a ton. Very well built and this will last a lifetime if the electronics remain good. Thanks for all the advice people.

Slightly, it is a warmer vape and a little more intense, but not too much. I have the Kayfun set up with a micro coil and cotton, I have been finding this better than using silica, a smoother yet more flavour. The beauty of this set up is I just replace the cotton about every 7-10 days of vaping. Just carefully pick out the strands of cotton with tweezers and thread some new cotton into the coil, place the bottom of the chimney with the cotton facing up the chimney, add a little juice and lightly pack the cotton down to the deck, chimney top back on and screw on the top, juice up and it's ready to go again. Really quick and really easy once you've done it a couple of times. the coil has lasted about a month and is still good, around 8 wraps of .3 Kanthal sitting up.

I've just received by vape mail my Kayfun mini set by Kir Fanis. Unpackaged, cleaned through, assembled and now vaping it... It makes the Nemesis with the Kayfun Lite plus only 105mm long in 18350 mode, images posted below. It came with a PMMA clear section 17mm, a stainless ring 8mm and a shorter chimney. Cost was just over £13 plus P&P from Greece and took 13 days to arrive and that's over the Christmas period. I'm really pleased with the shorter version, I would say that it holds around 2-1/2ml of juice, which is about right for my vaping habits. On a Nemesis. Tank set up with the ring at the bottom. Before the conversion.

£13.37 all in delivered Karma, Sounds too good to be true. I was brave - or daft - and ordered from them. I couldn't get the order to go through on the site so I emailed them. They were very helpful and so I've ordered one, I will update when it arrives! ETA now 4 hours later and it has apparently been shipped..... All good so far Do let us know when you have received it and put it through its paces Sal. For £13 odd its worth a punt.

Does the Aspire range not suffer from the same problem as the Protank? I kmow that the Davide uses the same principle. I do like the look of the Nautilus, but I dont want another big tank.

Until the boredom sets in I will just carry on in my quest of ideal Attie's, I'm tempted to suggest you try a true atomiser Fockskey, just for the heck of it, rather than a clearomizer of some sorts . . . dripping whilst out of fashion for anything other than testing new flavours, still gives a great vape. I have various true atomisers Perpetua, Kayfuns, an Odisseus clone, Scuba tank and Diver V2 and I love them all. Genesis styles: AGA T2, TD and RSST with a chamber reducer. One of the best Genesis stlye I have is the AGA T3, that I have set up using rope covered with Ekowool, sublime... I also use a couple of drippers from time to time. I was just having problems with the Protanks that I use for out and about and work, so much so that I have stopped using them at present.

I started this thread to find out what other people had problems with regarding atomisers, and it has been a great insight into how we have differing opinions. The whole vaping idea is very modular in design, which will lead to a plethora of different designs, most of us will be happy to tinker around with these designs to get the best out of them, but there are some that just want to vape with the minimum of effort. I also think that many of the tinkerers will stop tinkering in the future, because that is in our nature and we will get bored, myself included. This is why I want to find a few atomisers that will be reliable in the future with minimal fuss. Any manufacturer that cracks this nut will make a lot of money. Sure there will always be a core of people who will carry on with the tinkering, but they will become the few and be devotees to the small mod makers. Until the boredom sets in I will just carry on in my quest of ideal Attie's,

I have microcoils in mine with cotton wool and have no issues what so ever. No flavour wicks or anything. I can vape them right down to no juice in the bottom. I have never tried micro coils and cotton, I must give it a try. I really like the vape from the Protank when everything is working well. Like I said before at their price point they're great for chucking around when working etc.
