very nice shame about the beauty ring connection though it looks like it comes with a beauty ring but for some strange reason they don't seem to have photographed it in situ ??? That looks like a Ego beauty ring cone. Just doesn't do it for me. Fookin' great gap where the iClear 30 sits on top.

I've thought about one of these, using it with a genesis type atty would be good, as it seems to be at the right angle.

With the VG I use 30ml a syringe, pull out the plunger and pour the VG into the syringe without the needle on. I just rest the nib on my thumb and pour and stop when it reaches the correct ml line, keeping my thumb on the nib I insert the plunger, (just enough to hold it in place) then squirt the VG into the juice bottle. With VG there is no danger with the liquid, but very little gets left on my thumb and I just wipe clean with a paper towel. I have tried all different methods with VG decanting, but find this works the best for me. I never add water or Vodka. 30ml syringe here

People have different needs and indeed wants. It is very easy to have a real conscience when you have the resources and finances to enable you too. If money was no object and availability was good, a very high percentage of the vaping community would be buying the original mods etc, there would always be a percentage that would still buy cheaper clones, because that is people. This all leads to idealism and it will never work, as we all have different needs and wants. I do not have the right to criticize people that cannot afford the originals, and I choose not to criticize those that can. Blimey that was heavy for a Sunday. Now for some chill time.

Peelable sticky labels from the Pound Shop (or was it Pound Land or Pound Stretcher or Pound World ?) .... anyways 148 for £1 ... all you then need is a ballpoint pen. ETA: They actually cost £2 but you get 50% discount using code AAEC-50 I love it...

I think my wife would wrap the coil around my head and push the fire button if I tried that.

I'd suggest you try a micrcoil with 0.25 kanthal and 2 mm silica wick or even better and cheaper cotton wool wick. I find microcoils much easier to build and there longer lasting than standard wrapped coils, there much easier to rewick to. I'm with gregb on this one, micro coils last much longer and seem to have less problems with the dreaded gurgle when done correctly.

This all sounds really interesting Super Shiney. I am intrigued to see the end result, which I dare say you will be showing it off when finished. The DNA mod that Mamu made was a cool looker and functional too, so this new idea will be interesting.

Many people have good results with the Protank. They are relatively easy to rebuild and there are lots of advice via YouTube vids, if you wanted to go down that route. I have Protank 2's a mini and a Protank 3 and I think the 3 is not worth the extra cash, it is harder to rebuild and I found very little difference in overall performance.
I am currently using the iClear 30 and 30s for my out and about vaping. So far I have had no leaking or gurgles and no dry hits, so a big thumbs up.
One of each would be the best route if your funds will allow. *shopping*

Are you sure he was talking about the VG. I don't know why it would be too thick, just add and shake. Unless he wants to dilute by 90%. I know many use Vodka to dilute and thin, but I think it would evaporate out quite quickly.

You have to make sure that you have a good contact with the coil wires. I place the coil on one of those craft cutting mats and put the probes about 5mm from the coil, press down with reasonable pressure. The meter should stabilize quite quickly, but it does depend on the quality of the meter. If the meter will not zero when the probes are touched together, just subtract the value from your reading.

A very well written smokers life story in a nutshell. I just love "it's hard to be seductive on a date with the smoking equivalent of a dildo in one's hand." I know we must all feel like that at times! I still feel guilty embarrassed for dragging on an e-cig in public places, especially if its one of my larger mods. The stares that you get from people, you can virtually read their minds, Whats he doing smoking here. I even feel this when in the open spaces. More education is needed, yet I think that you will still get people who will be against e-cigs, they just don't like people enjoying something they cant.
