At the moment for me it is not the equipment that I am having problems with, it's finding the ideal all day vaping liquid I'm struggling with. I have excellent results with the Kayfuns, Diver, iClear 30 and even the Aga T3 and TD. Like giles said, " vape quality is about having a decent chimney, and an adjustable air flow directly opposite it, with the coil between them", rings true with me.I have tried many, some being too much flavour, some too little, some flavours I just don't like, Some I like to start with and then rapidly go off. The closest to a flavour that I can vape all day is the custard types, but even these get a bit sickly after a while. I have tried mixing my own favourites to keep the cost down, but like the OP has said I'm still chasing the holy grail of vapes, but will probably never find it. To me, the Holy Grail of vaping is subjective. What's good for the goose is not always good for the gander, if you'll excuse the cliche. I'm still searching for that perfect all day vape but find that my taste changes from week to week. So far, I keep coming back to "Toot" by e-cig depot as my all day vape. I suffer from "the grass is always greener" syndrome, so I'm always looking for something else - my Holy Grail

I wish I had joined and read all the advice before jumping straight in with the results I am having now. However I have changed the clearomiser as suggested, and hurray! back to the nice flavour again. I am wondering if I let the juice go too low. I stupidly thought I should finish the juice in the clearomiser before refilling. I understand now I should keep it topped up to keep the wick saturated. Oh that makes sense. I am quite happy with the 11mg. strength I think. The 10motives e cigs I was using before yesterday were 16mg and I am hoping through time to keep reducing and eventually stop. I am so pleased, no more ash in my car, no baccy on the floor where I rolled my cigs in advance for the day. The advantages are enormous. I am so grateful for your help. I will go and read the information you advised. Oh researching on the net was driving me nuts. I would find exactly what I thought I wanted, looked somewhere else to see if I could get it cheaper, and there were even more. It was so confusing. I bought c4 clearomisers, don't know by whom, as there's no name on the box, and 680 something or other batteries from Vapourtorium in Carlisle. I looked at Riva 1100 before, maybe I should have bought that. Anyway deed done, I can't afford to throw £63 away. At least if I use it for a while I can then get something better, but of course I will be asking here first this time. Oh I took some photographs, but as I thought, can't get them on here. Thankyou all again. You are great! Congratulations crazyquilter! And welcome to the most helpful forum in the country

The only other thing to consider is that the MVP is basically unavailable when it is charging, a Vamo with more than one battery is the best option if it will annoy you having to vape on what you have now and that could happen if the MVP performs better than what you have now. you can use it as a passthrough when charging Tease-smiley That's what I like about the itaste v3, I can sit with my laptop and vape while it's on charge with the pass through I won't have that option when I'm on holiday though!

Thanks so much ionian. I think what it will come down to for me is how it feels in my small female hands, if it's heavy or too big to hold. I vape with an itaste vv3 at home but want something with a longer battery life for taking on holiday If it's for holiday, I'd choose the mvp2 every time - no faff with packing batteries and chargers, you just need the one device and a charger cable. In fact I had a clear out recently, and decided that either my vamo or my MVP would have to go. I kept the MVP for it's simplicity when traveling, despite the fact that I much prefer the looks of the vamo personally. But as you say, go and try them both out and see what works for you and your hands Thanks again ionian. I can't try them both out before I buy because there's no shop near where I live. Can only afford one of them

Break it down: Do you like box mods? Would you need to buy batteries and a charger as well as the mod? Are you not fussed about flexibility on size? Are you on a budget? If you answer yes to most of the above, it's the mvp2 - if not, get the vamo. In performance they are, IMO, pretty equal - I've owned them both (well, my vamo was a v2). So it's going to come down to what you prefer aesthetically. Some find the button on the MVP a little stiff, some find the vamo too long - at least in 18650, and using it in 18350 means changing the battery more often. Hope this helps! Thanks so much ionian. Hello peeps, could I have your valued input into which I should get? Which is the heaviest/largest. My hands are quite small so which is easiest to handle? Thank you

Hello people I would like to try mixing and currently vape at 60/40. Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to vape at 70/30. Hi you can change to ratio to 70/30 by coping your recipe into the calculator on the top tab and changing the target pg/vg at the bottom of your flavour percentages. It's a very easy calculator to use with some recipes already. Thanks Babs. I'm not sure I understand the mixing chart or even where to start.

Hi all. I started using e cigs only 6 days ago and absolutely love it, i am currently still smoking 5 fags a day. Have a few questions tho if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. I ordered a ev8 ecig from evapour 8, it was recommended by a friend - 1st question my liquid has gone a darker colour Is this normal? 2nd I'm using 18mg tobacco and used to smoke lambert is that about the same strenght? 3 as I'm still having nicotine but not smoking cigarettes as much will it be easier to quit the nicotine as I plan on cutting down on the strengths over the next few months and hopefully quit my nicotine habit. Sorry if these are silly questions in very new to this. Hello Kerry501 and welcome to this friendly and very helpful group. I began with an Ego Kit which came with 2 batteries and a charger and CE4 tanks. It helped me stop the cigarettes until I was smoking 1 or 2 a day. Three months later and I'm a complete vaper with no cigarettes at all. Ecigs, eliquid, clearomizers and mods are hard to get your head around at first but do lots of research and ask lots of questions on here and you will soon be wanting to upgrade! I love my new hobby as I hope you will too

Hi i was wondering which tank is the best or what peoples opinions are on the best tanks? Ive had a Kanger Mini Protank 2 V2 but the glass\pyrex tubes just keep breaking once a week I'm using a Joytech Ego-C. Any ideas? And it has to have coils that can be rebuilt. Thanks Aspire bdc is my favourite so far. I'm thinking of getting a Mini protank to try.

I've got an itaste v3 and it's great for when you want to be able adjust your vape. Do the mini protanks fit well onto it newdawn? I'm using iclear 16's but my favourite is the Aspire bdc which, after adjusting the center pin, works really well. Oh gosh yeah, the mini protanks fit perfect on them. Takes a while to get used to the extra weight compared to the iclears, but then my VTR landed and made everything else seem super light. Thanks newdawn I may try a mini protank. I'm also thinking of getting an mvp2. There are too many choices out there!

Hi holtyh and I've got two of them (always good to have spares) and use mini protanks for tank cracking juice and iclear 16's for all the rest. Only new myself so can only tell you they've lasted since October without hassle. The forum is full of useful information and everyone here is great for talking you through things if you get stuck. Enjoy! I've got an itaste v3 and it's great for when you want to be able adjust your vape. Do the mini protanks fit well onto it newdawn?
