Its true this is a problem with the site.
I'd like to explain to you, when the manufacturer cannot provide the goods of stop production, the page will show out of stock.
Most of time, it didn't show because another pieces of goods on road and we ordered from manufacturer already.
And the homepage says ships with 3-5 business days, we must do apology, ecig is one of the depart in Gearbest.
The whole site shows the shipping time with 3-5 days because other products can be shipped by DHL.
Hope you can understand, we are also trying to improve and complete our site, thanks for your suggestions.

Your response above details exactly why you/we have a problem. The only items that should show in stock are the items actually sitting in your warehouse(s).

"another pieces of goods on road" - Is at best in transit. Certainly NOT in stock. Only add to stock when received at warehouse.

"we ordered from manufacturer already" - Status to Gearbest is "On order" - definitely NOT in stock. Only add to stock when received at warehouse.

If you were to apply these two simple rules and implement a "real time" stock control system, your customers would have a better understanding of your stock status and maybe it might help to repair your companies poor reputation with some of the members here.
