Congratulations on making the change. Your kit looks good to me. The battery is fine and when you can afford it you can buy a different clearomiser for it for just a few pounds that will have replaceable parts in it rather than being disposable making it even cheaper. You can mix the juice if you want, just don't do it all at once I case you don't like the result. Also you can buy any other juice to use with that setup and it will work fine. Hope you enjoy it and welcome

If I were you I would try some other flavours as well as tobacco. When I started vaping I expected it to be exactly the same as smoking and was a bit disappointed in the tobacco flavours I tried to be honest. They were all missing something and I didn't know what it was. It turns out what they are missing is about 4000 harmful chemicals including formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, arsenic. Tobacco flavours are also missing the lovely flavour that is burning ash. Once I realised vaping wasn't going to be exactly the same as smoking I decided to try some different flavours and I am very glad that I did because at the end of the day tobacco doesn't really taste very nice anyway. The result is that I switch flavours a lot all through the day. Today I have been vaping strawberry, spearmint, pear drops, custard, caramel and jack the ripple. (Jack the ripple is exactly like the ripple bits in raspberry ripple ice cream). I also really enjoy vaping espresso with just a touch of added menthol, I love apple - most fruits are nice.
The point of my post is that there is a whole world of vaping flavours out there, you can even find roast chicken dinner, crispy bacon and others that don't appeal to me at all. There are also flavours to match your favourite drink whatever that might be. With a willingness to try different flavours and mixes the vaping world will open up to be something much bigger and much more fun than something to just replace tobacco and deliver a nicotene fix. Just dive in and try them. Find a site that offers small bottles you can try and go from there. Even if you find one you don't like the chances are that someone will love it and will either buy it from you or trade it for one for you to try. Good luck vaping, take the advice from others on this forum. They are nice people and aren't affiliated to any business or sellers. We are on this forum because we love vaping and sharing what we have learned along the way. Advice given is always honest and without any other agenda, all advice is given just because it's good to help.
Anyway, I am rambling a bit so will shut up now.

Just tried flavourart strawberry today that I mixed 4 weeks ago. 10% concentrate, 50/50 mix and it's gorgeous, not too sweet and not so artificial tasting as some.

I think protank 3 heads don't fit anything else but other protank heads will fit the protank 3

I've recently started rebuilding and have a kayfun, a MAGA which is a mini did clone and an IGO dripper. They are all different to work with and offer a different vaping experience.
I found the maga needs a lot of fiddling. Being a genesis type you need to make a mesh with stainless steel and oxidise, then get your coil heating evenly with no hotspots. That took me hours the first time I tried. Making the wick and putting a coil on it was simple and fast but it seemed no matter what I did it had a hotspot at the top which gives an incredibly burnt tasting vape. It turned out that I hadn't fully oxidised the mesh so burning it again and recoiling fixed it. It took a day or so for it all to work really well but when it is working well it's great. Loads of vapour and flavour. A really good atomiser and well worth the hassle I had with it.
The IGO is the most basic one I have. I have it set up with a dual coil and cotton wick. Really easy to do. Just make your coils and attach and then wick with cotton wool. No fuss, no hassle. Attaching the coils is slightly fiddly but nothing complicated. Just a bit like threading a needle. Add a few drops of your favourite juice and it produces really thick tasty clouds of vapour.
The kayfun is the easiest of all. Just take it apart, wind some wire around a silica wick and attach. Put it together, fill with juice and vape. It works really well and looks really good.
There are different wicking materials you can use and different coiling setups you can try for all of them but it's all much easier than some people make it sound. All 3 types that I have work really well and I would recommend them to anyone getting into rebuildables. It really just depends what you want. If you don't mind dripping juice a few drops at a time an IGO is a great buy, cheap and reliable. Or if you want to use a tank either the kayfun or MAGA are also great.

To be really honest if I were you I would cancel the focalecig order and get a refund. myepack.co.uk/mini-protank-2-kit.html is really much better suited to someone starting out in vaping. The kit I have linked to is hassle free, fill up with juice and go, charge with USB and really will give you an excellent vape. Mech mods on the other hand are not so easy to get on with but would be an excellent thing to move up to once you know if vaping is for you. I'm really not trying to put you off, it would just be sad if you didn't get off to the best possible start. And as a beginner the protank kit would give you everything you could need to get off to the best start you can.

As far as I know rotatable drip dips are only on iclear 30. To be honest I would base my purchase around flavour and vapour production rather than the drip tip. You can always replace the tip if it's a 510 fitting.

You need 18350 batteries. Also you will need more than 1 of them as the charge won't last all day. I use 3 when I use 18350 - using 1, 1 charging and another ready to go. I am a fairly heavy vaper though so you might get away with having 2. Also focalecig are closed now for the Chinese New Year so it will be a while until you get your mod. well done on changing to vaping though and welcome

Also you can put a kick in some mech mods. It's basically a small device with a protection circuit that you put between your battery and atty. It will stop your battery discharging too much. It also allows you to set the power on your mech from 5 watts to 10 for the kick and I think 5 to 15 with kick2.
*edit. It's also important to not put too much load on your batteries when using them by not drawing too many amps from them. Your battery will have a C rating, using this you can work out how many amps your battery can supply. battery amps = (mah / 1000) x C rating so if you have a 2000 mah battery with a C rating of 1 you can draw up to 20 amps from the battery. To be safe though you shouldn't be anywhere close to this limit in my opinion. (I'm not an expert, just a bit paranoid about venting batteries)
How do you know how many amps you are pulling from your battery? Amps = Voltage / Resistance so for example if you have a fresh battery with 4.2 volts and a 1.6 ohm coil amps = 4.2 / 1.6 amps = 2.6 This is well within the limits of normal use for IMR batteries so should be fine.
Its when you get into sub ohm coils that you need to be very careful, or if using poor quality batteries.
