Thanks for the batteries Phil, only one dud in one of the cases (still have to open the other).

I have one question though - how do you get rid of the connections on the top & bottom of the batteries? plus mine also have the black adhesive blobs so will be getting some heatshrink wrap.

The one battery that didn't have to plaque (black dots) lasted 2 days in my Vamo *cheer*

Really enjoyed the day and was nice to meet up with a few from the forum. This wouldn't have happened if I'd not met up with Spikey Fridge by Torchys stand, by then I'd done most of my shopping (stocked up on Mystic Juice Green Fairy, Blackcurrant, and a few different Absinths from Celtic and Tottin Juice, A Watermelon from Vaper Caper, had to give up on Decadent as it was just tooooooooooooooooo busy so will order off them online, but I must say their Blue Hawaii is to die for, and the Sarsaparilla was good to. Got my Nautilus Mini from Jason as I'd asked him to bring one along, and I now have another mug for my vast collection (yes I do mug printing myself, talk about coals to Newcastle (rofl)

I know what clairea meant over the access and puddles, a few years ago at Goodwood Festival of Speed the ground was just like a quagmire, since then they have laid down the metal tracks in the the access areas. At least here a lot of the Vendors had a slightly elevated base, at the FOS it was rattan matting onto the grass, and in some places it still is.

Huge thanks to Phil for the batteries, hubby now asks has anyone tried the batteries before he disects them himself. Forgot to thank DiscoDes for the
Drip Tip.

Sorry I didn't get to say Bye everyone seemed to disappear so quickly after the raffle.

Same here, hubby dropping me off then going onto Westbury to get the AirCon regassed (hopefully it's only that), then no doubt he'll go round to Shrewsbury Model Centre for a nosey.

I tried to get him to come in as well, as he wants some batteries for something, so I told him to go and talk to Torchy.

Went to try some new juice this am. Thought I'd put it in my clean Protank 3 Mini. No matter what I tried I couldn't undo it. Hubby just come in and tried on bench vice still no joy. Eventually got them separated and one slightly damaged section later you could see a load of swarf on the threads. Not moaning at hubby he tried all he could but this thing was seized solid.

Down side - no Protank3 Mini

Upside - I now have spares for when I replace it snickering_smiley

Whilst away on hols went into a vapeshop and bought some T-Juice Tangerine Dream. Now i stipulated that it needed to be at least 60vg/40pg, the shop said yes this is the mix. Should have known better. Mix is as above, I don't do high pg. Will be letting them know how I feel at Vapefest Sulking

Now I like the flavour of the juice but not the ratio mix, how can I add some extra vg please.

Why can't we just enjoy the run up to a few days away.

List of things that have gone wrong

Hubby decided about a month ago that the rear window surround needed sorting, there was some rust there
Waiting on ticket and pass for Classic Car Show at Waddington Airshow this coming weekend
Hubby spends day on Friday down at Goodwood Festival of Speed (that put Saturday out as he was knackered after leaving at 2am Fri and getting back at 2am Sat)
Need a new airbed
Need a camping loo
Need to get mains adaptor for Cool Box off friend (he lives in Ormskirk) which he borrowed to use earlier for trip to Isle of Man
Need to check a camping loo will fit in the car, along with tent paraphanalia etc.
Hubby decides grass has to be cut before we can go anywhere (it's hot here at the moment and it usually takes him a couple of hours to do it all)
Tax the car
Get clobber ready (with full wet gear just in case)

And the most important thing make sure I have batteries, juice, coils and working attys *vaping*

All I can say is come on and lay down some noise on Saturday & Sunday, love me planes I do *cheer*

Does anyone know of a decent shop around the Lincoln area just in case?

For internet only when on holiday we use a MiFi. Ours was supposed to be unlocked but wouldn't connect to one network, so I had to go and buy a 7 day sim card pass from the 3 network. They even gave me a further 7 day free sim so 14days internet for 99Skr (around 9 Gbp). This was Sweden by the way.

That would be me knackered then. I've not really touched tobacco flavour for over a year, and menthol and mint make me ill. Hence all the fruit flavours I use. Think I'll go and live in Sweden and take up Snus.
