Nobody tried the air freshener one yet then..? I've never seen any in the pound shops or Home Bargains round here, and I practically live in both shops! HB and the pound shops have the cigalikes but they're not tasty at all. They were my first foray into the word of electronic cigarettes and if they'd been all that was on offer I probably wouldn't have stayed long!

I would say "all of the above" but definitely quality is an issue with some liquids. I've been trying loads of different brands/flavours and have noticed different brands can be very different in quality and taste. Some have been pretty much unvapeable.
I ordered from you this week and was impressed with the delivery time, ordered in the evening and received within 36 hours. I like the dating on the bottles, not just expiry but when it was bottled. Mine aren't ready till Monday but couldn't resist having a try a bit early. Got a slight perfumey taste at first (but my own fault for not waiting I admit) but then tried "speed steeping" (my own made up term lol) and after that the perfumey flavour was gone and it's a really nice vape, and getting nicer each time, so impressed so far. I'm going to force myself to be patient before trying to other flavours but I'm liking what I've tasted so far.
Oh and it was Raspberry Candy that I opened and vaped a bit early.

That was an interesting article. I've been wondering about it for a couple of weeks. I had noticed that after switching and getting over the occasional (but quickly diminishing) urge for a cigarette, that I was able to go much longer before vaping. It could be hours before my first morning vape. I ended up testing the theory a week and a half ago, deciding I wouldn't vape until I really had to because I wasn't feeling well. With a cigarette this would have happened within a few hours. But with vaping I found I didn't miss it in the same way and haven't had any for a week and a half. So I'm nic free at the moment and not suffering the same as I usually would when I tried to quit cigarettes. I do still get that feeling of "I fancy a vape" now and again but it's not the same as it was for cigarettes, and thankfully I've no desire to have one of those now I know there's a much nicer alternative.

I'm pretty new to vaping myself, so could be all wrong here, but it's just a suggestion... I'm assuming that you were off the nicotine for eighteen months? In which case I'd be surprised if the problem is not enough nicotine because your body will have had plenty of time to get used to not taking it in (unless you were using another form of replacing it before turning to e-cigs). Perhaps the lack of satisfaction is down to the throat hit (not an expert but keep hearing about this)? Have you tried different mixes of VG and PG to see if one gives you a better satisfaction level? Maybe it's not enough vapour rather than nic level...? Oh and I agree with the stuff about the dehydration. I've definitely noticed I need to drink more since taking up vaping but keep hearing that's normal and nothing to worry about. Propylene Glycol likes to absorb water apparently so has a drying/dehydrating effect. When I started I was drinking water like it's going out of fashion I'm developing a worrying tea habit these days!

I'm not sure I fancy trying savoury juice....although I might make an exception if there was a vindaloo flavour...! I do find that vaping sweet/fruity juices stops me wanting sweets and pop as much. Nt sure abut vindaloo but there is this : www.evape.co.uk/chilli-e-liquid.htmlI was wondering about that....it could mix nicely with some chocolate...

Some routines changed, others didn't. Before smoking in a morning I had to brush my teeth and make a cup of tea. Couldn't drink/smoke with morning breath! Can't vape with morning breath either. But I did notice I had less of an urge to vape than I did to smoke and can go for ages without a vape (currently a week and a half!) which would have been unthinkable when smoking. I didn't used to smoke in the bedroom at all though (the smell!) and don't mind vaping in there now. The OH is constantly puffing away even while I'm abstaining for a bit and it doesn't bother me at all

I only tried two cigarette flavours (normal and menthol) and stuck to menthol for over ten years. Surprising they never tried doing different tobacco flavours now I think about it. Although I did see flavoured rolling papers a few years ago. I was going to try some once but never got round to it so no idea if they actually changed the flavour. Now I've stopped smoking I never do the same flavour on a daily basis when I am vaping, and I've never even tried the tobacco flavours. I didn't like the taste when I smoked, I was just satisfying a craving. Now I don't have to tolerate that horrible taste, so I don't. Win-win for me

I've noticed the smell too. I always do notice it but in the past (going cold turkey) I've found it both attractive and repellent. Now the attractive part is all gone and it's just the most awful smell. It's so funny how you don't notice when you're doing it, considering how strong and unpleasant it is. I mostly get assaulted by it it going in and out of buildings where people are congregating outside. It doesn't bother me particularly, since I still remember being one of those people. But now I think to myself "if only you realised how bad that smells!" and think why doesn't everybody switch?

Getting into the idea of making a custom vape shirt. The sheets you print and iron on a t shirt work well in my experience. Last one I did still going strong years later and only cost me a quid for two sheets. Bargain!

I am tickled by the comments about, "If I was to only vape the same flavour all day, I'd get bored"!. I smoked the same flavour of tobacco for nearly 50 years and never got bored with it. So why should I get bored with one flavour of e-juice? Just because I can change flavours, doesn't mean that I would want to and having wasted my money experimenting with flavours, only to put them down the pan, I now limit my flavours to a minimum. That's a good point! For me though, I was one of those people who never liked the taste of cigarettes but smoked anyway because I craved. I had to have a drink with a cigarette to deaden the disgusting flavour. I love having a choice of flavours but mostly stick to fruity ones.

Not been vaping long enough to have an all day one. I've loads still to try too. So far I've mostly stuck to fruits: blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry and apple. Also mixed a some with mint. I don't tend to empty if changing flavours either so unless I'm filling a new clearomizer most of my flavours are Frankenliquids. I quite like that though, always a bit of variety...

I got that too. I'd read about it beforehand so wasn't too worried. Think it took about a week to wear off properly. As I've got a few clearomizers I just kept swapping them over and that helped a bit (all with different flavour juices).
