You are right Tom. First build came out at 1.4 for some reason. I think I'm always going to find it a bit airy, but like it a lot better now.

Mine arrived today. supposed to be a gift, but I put the Orchid v3 on it, which I found a bit underwhelming on a mech, and the high voltage makes a heck of a difference. Thanks alex05

I think less than £19 with free delivery deserves a bit of patience. People are banging on about lack of info and cancelling orders etc. after a couple of weeks beyond the original dispatch date. What's that all about? Rather than emailing or private messaging the guy, why not let him get on with his job? Maybe you would all get them quicker. I've ordered one for a relation and if it doesn't get here in another month I will make a paypal claim. Easy. Rather than emailing or private messaging the guy, why not let him get on with his job? Maybe you would all get them quickerSo those that have already had them despatched with the tracking number but not yet tracking will get them quicker if they don't contact Evkoo! How does that work? I think people deal with situations in their own way, it just may not be your way. I cant quite see how your criticisms of others will help. The people who have already had a tracking number are emailing him for what exactly? He's going to trot round to the carriers and have a look for it? Phoning isn't an option, as there are many that aren't tracking. Presumably that will be the case for many vendors. People do deal with things their own way, panic and moaning usually, and a couple have been less than polite about it. "take note evkoo guy" being one risible example. The rep's response that November is a busy time with carriers as the Christmas rush has begun was also met with scorn. Makes sense to me. I know people who have already started Christmas shopping on the high street. Perhaps my comments may make some people lose their "bad feelings". The first dispatch was two weeks ago. Money back guaranteed.

Exactly robby. I saw a double ego kit in London for £42 with a 10ml liquid. This is an ideal unit for anyone, starter or a regular user for buttons.

The spare pmma centres for the Kayfun fit the orchid v3 aliscampbell. I think the chimney blocks the fill port a bit on some, but the Kayfun parts have a bit more space as they are one piece, so it's easier to fill. I also have those flush cutters, but find them fiddly to use so resort to toenail clippers most of the time. As for the draw on the orchid, I block the airholes a bit on mine to sightly tighten the flow.

My guess is that a lot of small vendors have bought these at this price, resulting in a deluge of orders. If ordering from FT, I leave it a couple of weeks before checking the tracking. Maybe a few choruses of the wheels on the bus may pass the time?

So my quest is over and the order posted to Fasttech a few hours ago. Can anybody tell me what is the shortest time they've waited for delivery and the longest they've had to wait? . Should ship in about 3 days so fingers crossed all goes well. If you've gone for tracked shipping, free over $20, give it about 3 weeks. Oh - by the way - your quest is just starting.

Fastech do the surfrider V2 xxix which is excellent, the top cap has a shoulder so you can't short out a flat top battery too, really nice mod, one piece tube, 18650. Which one enjay? The surfrider I looked at on there looks like the original.

Oh cheers tom. Just under 60 polled - out of 2 million in the UK. In the bin they go. any need for that sarcasm really? its not my point of view. T'was just a response to your answer tom, which you chose to give. But I do agree with the "who cares?" I feel confident in saying most people don't. I think I will try rolling on the floor laughing.

I think mechs are becoming more and more yesterday's news for most. I'll always keep the few I have just in case and there'll always be a few die hards. But with the advances of VW and soon to be temp control plus whatever's next I think most who haven't already will move away from mechs. Really? Based on what? I've just taken a 4nine and Origen half way around Europe without a back up. Off again in two weeks with the same.
