got thinking with all these new big watt devices coming out is it the end of mech mods? well not the end but are they becoming less popular?

Every day I use a provari 2.5 with one flavour. A nemesis with a kick 2 and another flavour. (I like to switch flavs) And now a high W mod for that extra boost on rda's,rba's rta's, for testing and hobby as well as a boost rush of cloud and flavour.
Tried mech mod but don't like lack of control or uniformity of vape.
Preparing for 2016 just in case.

Mainly using VV/VW here - Eleaf iStick, Z-max, Vamo v5 and Hana clone. Sometimes a Spinner 2 for work.
Just bought my first mech mod, a Nemesis clone but that's gone into my apocalypse box for now.

hmm, suppose I prefer an electronic device given an option? I love vaping via vv and/or vw (my provari mini only has vv as its a 2.5) but I also use mech mods as my squonker is a mech, as are my 14500 mods.... I feel I need to understand mech mods, though I am lazy and prefer vv/vw for 'ease of use' at the end of the day there's no point me buying electronic devices with built in batteries if UK law limits my vaping and outlaws my gear that only has a certain lifespan, so I have both, for safeties sake. Same plan with rebuildable atomisers - shop bought is fine but I prefer to have gear I can easily rebuild also. I cant really settle on one specific type/mod. I get irritated and dissatisfied with vape quality and swap and change like the wind to suit my mood and my juice! So yeah, I do use all my gear, in a rotation. And yes I do NEED 8 mods

At the moment I'm alternating between cloupor/taifun, ipv2/kayfun and cigreen/tobh. The ipv/kayfun is more my go-to vape right now.

Mechs & rda's 99% of the time. (Stingray X/454 in hybrid mode current fave setup) Hana clone get's the occasional look in! Rarely use a tank nowadays.

99% mech for me. Ive got a vamo which I use as a coil building stick and a vaporshark which I find handy once in a while as it has a battery level . Apart from measuring ohms I could live without VW .

I think mechs are becoming more and more yesterday's news for most. I'll always keep the few I have just in case and there'll always be a few die hards.
But with the advances of VW and soon to be temp control plus whatever's next I think most who haven't already will move away from mechs.

It won't be long before we get a temperature controlled kick type device - a kick 3 if you will Then a new lease of life will fall upon the mech mods, personally- I can't wait
