Whilst not in the same league Perpetua I too suffer enjoy being a concentrataholic. Over 200 at the last count. So I do have Shisha Raspberry. Unfortunately any liquids using raspberry haven't stayed the course. I get the 'Ooh. I like that' but after a while they get replaced by the next Ooh.

Inawera are my favourite concentrates because I like most I have tried and they are strong.
I only ordered VV because a friend I make for asked if I could make a spearmint for his sister & she uses VV ready made.
I need some Shisha Strawberry so will get Spearmint as well. Thanks.

When I recoil Nautilus BVCs I use a coil as near to the Naturevape coils as I can:- 2mm inner dia & 1.4ohm.
Now I make the coils with NR legs there's no damage to the grommet from a hot leg which had caused leaking.
By using 5mm cotton tape for the wick there's no damage caused to the coil by trying to stuff too much cotton in it.
A reminder that I offer 1 recoiled BVC for every 2 used genuine Nautilus BVC heads sent to me.

10 iStick 30W with Kabukis (mix of clones & genuine) with 10 different flavours.
All used every day.
Flavours get replaced when I make an acceptable new flavour. The new ones get hammered until the next 'ooh I like that'. Lemon Meringue & Cashew Nougat are the flavours of the moment replacing Gingerbread & Marmalade on Toast.

It didn't matter how well I primed the .6ohm coils they burnt.
This problem is being reported on all the vaping forums I read.
I gave it to a guy I make juice for and told him to soak the coils until juice runs out of them. He gave it back last week because no matter how much he soaked the coils they burnt.

I still have one iStick 20w that I use just for a mint liquid going to bed & getting up.
It has the 'toilet seat' adaptor to protect the soft threads. I kept the adaptor clean & the threads lubed.
It started misreading the coil ohms and I was about to bin it and took the 'toilet seat' off.
uuuuuuuuuuuuugh it was well gunked.
Cleaned & working perfectly.

It's a definite FAIL for me.
Coil flooded primed before use. When battery lights are 3 or less it's fine. Charge it up and it burns the wick.
It needs a higher ohm coil.

2 coils down & both burnt. First was definitely user error - inadequate priming. Second coil possible user error - may have let liquid get too low.
Anyone else having burning problems?
Will have a go at rewicking one.

djs you are a very bad man I've been a bit smug about only having bought nothing new, except a Nautilus 2, for over a year. Had to go into Southampton yesterday and passing the TW franchise I was drawn in just to find out what a Penguin felt like in the hand. I came out with a blackun and 2 packs of .6 coils. Silicone block removed, coil primed, cartridge filled. Left to stand, vaped - very nice until burnt taste. I'd been told they take a lot of priming. New coil juiced until it was running out of the wicking. Been using it a lot:- flavour is OK, more vapour than I like and it's warmer. I got it to see if I can recommend it to the vapers who moan about the capacity of the tanks I suggest they use. I'll get a couple of cartridges, from FT, so I can pass it round for them to try. Took a coil apart and there's no way I'll be recoiling them.

Old fool scores another own goal. The 30% failure rate during assembly is no more. The Zapper needed a new battery.

Hi GunJackI have 2 10ml bottles of Mixmaster Pear Drops concentrate. They were sent to me labelled sherbet lemon but as soon as I took the top off I knew it was pear drops. PM me your address and I'll send them to you.

Well I've finished replacing my regulars recoiled coil heads with NR/R/NR coils so it's open house.
For every 2 GENUINE Nautilus BVCs you send me I will send you 1 coil head with a horizontal NR/R/NR coil.
Note:- these are not assembled by a robot in a factory but by a clumsy arthritic old fool in his garage. The ohms will vary. Typically from 1.2 to 1.5. You should get months of use from them but some may fail early. The most common failure is one of the welded legs coming off and the display then reads 0 ohms.
Tips:- before rewicking look down at the coil to see if it's central. If it's over to one side then insert the wick from that side to centralise it as you pull the wick through. Be gentle with rewicking as the more you pull the coil about the more chance it will fail.
3 family members have been testing the NR/R/NR recoils for 3 months. Most of the coils are still in use. 1 flooder caused by my not checking the grommet before assembly. It had a burn line from having been preciously used with an all kanthal coil. 3 'legs fell off' but 2 of those were from when I was using silver crimps for the joins. 30ish% of the NR/R/NR coils fail during assembly when I twist & poke them to get rid of hot spots so only the stronger welds make it through.
PM me if interested.
