Oh! Wow! Just Wow!  That article is a real eye opener. So, up until I started vaping, I was just a commodity. A commodity that was being used without any thought about my health and welfare. I was a money machine, which the Government and Tobacco, plus Pharma were lining their pockets with. |

Wow! Where to start? OK, I'm 66 next month, been a hardcore smoker (30 cigs/rollups a day) for over 50 years. I was out having dinner with one of my brothers, he pointed to a guy and said "He's vaping" So, I looked and he was holding something that glowed whenever he puffed on it. I've always been bit of a "gadget man" so the next day I googled "vaping" Ordered an Apollo starter kit, which arrived on Saturday 8th March this year. Had my last stinky waiting for the batteries to charge I stopped smoking overnight! I've been tempted quite a few times even though I get my nicotine and throat hit from vaping. I was getting a strong yearning for the ritual of reaching for my tobacco pouch, filters and papers, then the act of rolling a cigarette. The human mind is devious! Not been vaping long (125 days) But I can recommend the MVP and/or the Vamo. I'm vaping at 24/25 mg nicotine as I was a heavy smoker for over 50 years. I stopped smoking (stinkies) overnight. Just keep at it mate, it's worth it.  back. |

Hi All, Just checked my diary 122 days without a stinky This from a 55 year (heavy) smoking habit to Zero smoking, overnight. Thank God for vaping. |
