When I came across that question/statement on a web site.
So, I thought.
What a damn good way to put over the benefits of vaping.
Right then, individually or in a list. What benefits have you seen since you started your vaping career?

I'll start the ball rolling: within 48hrs. I had stopped coughing up toenails, bootlaces and assorted lung parts.

Not read it yet, but in only 40+ days of vaping my brain has gone:
"Whoa!! Just a minute. You're not smoking!"
"You fooled me"
" However I have another trick up my sleeve"
"Where's the reaching for your pouch and tin gone???"
"You really miss it don't you??"
"You miss the action of rolling a good cigarette and then placing it in your mouth"
This may sound funny, but that is exactly what is happening to me!
So beware people. Your mind is a very strong adversary. Why?
Because it knows you better than you know yourself.

It is really heartening to read of people who have been smoking from 5 to 50 years, the majority giving up virtually overnight. I think I've mentioned this before.  I had been smoking since I was between 8 - 10 years old. I'm now 65. After trying an Ego I gave up smoking overnight. I find this site and the people who post here a great motivator to keep on vaping. Thank you all |

Hi gill2009 To save you searching lots of threads. I had been a heavy smoker since I was about 9 or 10. I'm 65 now. 25 days ago I bought my 1st Ego cig. I haven't smoked an analogue cigarette since that day. You will get loads of good advice on this site. All you have to do is ask the question. Just one thing: If anyone points you in the direction of "shiny's" ignore them  |
