Well, after what might be considered an inauspicious start, you're here and this is good.
As you'll have previously seen whilst browsing prior to joining, it's warm and cosy here and folks are friendly (we even occasionally feed the trolls) but generally we are wary of early classified activity (I smile after typing that - oh, the implications) as we've seen a few exploitative types).

That's pretty much my understanding, chykensa Culdrose was the first time I saw a Vulcan and I distinctly remember the sheer awe I felt... I'm looking forward to making a clear window for watching the Martin program (sitting on the box wot watches things for me at the moment) Seeing a Shackleton back in the air in the UK would be a consolation (but not the same).... |

Perhaps the Max Bygraves fans will now come forward with "You're a Pink toothbrush" and other crap gems 'tis all about having had a small person (now 20) and a wife who works with small people... (good luck tomorrow, sydsut) dagl on the same cd (I burnt for, I think, my daughter's 4th birthday party) I had that very same Burl Ives rendition.... And to bring us back to the game I conclude this digression with, for no other reason but because it's also on that very same list (and it's been a favourite of mine for at least the last forty years and I'm known to occasionally produce a rendition when I'm feeling a little silly, near a camp fire or drunk) So... back to .... ... for we're now in Advent (nowt but topical, me)....
