Just for the record mate, it's not a mechanical mod, but a regulated vv device. Mechanicals have no electrics within them. Cheers. i just copied and paste what the write up said about it - im new to this so sorry for the mistake

8.5 watts , are you using a variable volt/ watt device? ( regulated mod) if so then as long as it tastes good to you go for it. Besides with regulated mods and their built in protective circuits you will be fine try even higher to to see how it tastes. I use mech mods so am at the mercy of my battery power. Its all new to me at the moment as im still learning but i am using a itaste svd but as you said it will all come good after a bit of practise im just glad i have helpful people like yourself and this forum to help - thankyou again

intheblim , you know what ? Wraps , coils , they're all slightly different, we use different gauge wires, different spacing, different diameter tools to wrap them on, so yeh as long as it not shorting ( which it isn't) and it glows nice and evenly when fired up then do this. Put a wick in it, screw the first bit of the chimney on, tuck wicks down , drip juice onto them ( get them juicy and wet), fire it up and see if its producing good vapor and sizzling nicely ,then screw on the pointy but of the chimney and have a vape. Does it taste good? If so screw tank and fill her up with juice ( full or half your choice). Does it taste harsh burnt ? The. Just take chimney and wick off, and make a new coil but add extra wrap. It's just simple trial and error, and it's dead easy . Enjoy Thanks for the help - im also burning it at 8.5 p - is this ok ?

Most of the ones ( clones) from UK vendors are a much of a muchness, ie they all work. just find one with the airhole screw on the side ( purely for ease of adjustment) and you won't go wrong. I have side, bottom, real kayfun , real Russian and they all perform well. Performance ultimately depends on coil and wick setup. how many raps do you do on your coils ?

it's the one on the right, if you look into it you can notice there is a small piece of metal inside, this is where you stick you syringe to fill it - BE CAREFUL, DON'T EVER FILL IT WITH A METAL NEEDLE or you will mess up the valve and then there is no turning back, except if you seal it forever with bluetack or a drop of weld and fill from the top. Make sure you dismantled it all and cleaned it properly removing any leftovers there might be on the holes. Here is a video that may help ! Just make sure you never stick a metal needle in that hole, trust me, I know from experience it will screw your Kayfun forever... :s also i have tried one of my other drip tips in the drip tip adapter and it seems to be a bit loose - is there any good tips that fit this ?

Hope this makes sense i have a aerotank and have started building coils but im building single coils in the dual coils heads that i bought from a shop - is this ok to do or can i get single coils that will fit the aerotank and when they are burnt out start using those heads to rebuild rather than the dual coil heads as i have been told the single coil heads are smaller than the dual coil heads and the only way to make the single coil heads fit the aerotank is to turn the rubber stopper upside down - i hope i have made sense here ?
