Thanks guys Im am a bit wiser now about what thickness wire you all use, for single and duel coil set ups. My TC hopefully will be on its way to me soon, so I will order a couple reels one for single and one for duel coil. The pics help as well to see what may be suitable for verious attys i have. I really like the idea of TC, it has to be a big step forward for consistent vaping. Thanks again for the input and thanks mxethey for asking the question.

I also have one coming , i had the previous smy60 without the temp control and it was a great mod just a bit too big for a comfortable vape for me tho so i sold it on, this 60w tc version is a lot smaller, The smy60 and what was said about it was the main reason i thought i would have a punt on this. Looks like the back has had the issue fixed as they have put a fingernail gap so you can get it off. So unless they have messed up with the TC it should be better due to size.

clones

Nothing wrong with a good clone. just bought 4 for half the price of 1 genuine and 3 are great one not so. Of course a genuine is going to have had a lot more time spent on it making it perfect in every way, but you can still choose an atty that is just not what you are looking for. If you dont mind the odd 'burr' on a cut juice channel or the stiffness of a freshly cut thread, Then a clone is the cheap way of finding the ideal atty for you. Applies to mechs as well. the pics can tell a story if you know what to look for. Look at the switch and adjustable top pin, ask yourself if its insulated enough to prevent shorting. Also the actual finish can tell you how much time was spent on it after all the thread cutting was done. They tend to do a pretty thorough job when copying these, even copying the bits that aren't so great from the genuine(like 510 not being quite the right size).

Hi Guys, As a few will remember, I was pretty active on the board this time last year. Then I kinda slipped out for a while. Now I'm back I'm wondering what's changed. When I went away we were discussing 50w mods, hana modz, Kayfuns, protanks and repairing vamos!!! Now it's all 200w this and subtank that + Japanese cotton. ! Could someone give me a quick blow by blow of what I've missed please. Still using ipv2 , svd " yeah, it still fires sometimes pmsl" mechs and RDA's. Not used a tank in ages. I also never got a Kayfuns type thing and would sure like a clone for work. So someone must have a bargain. C'mon........ I'm breakfast Chef in a hotel down the hill now so the ipv2 is getting beat up good! Lol. Other than that I'm down to about 6mg nic now. Ruffie PS. When did Temp Control happen !!¡ is it good, do I want/need it !! HAHA... Talk of the devil... I have just been telling the story of when i sent that vaniling powder crystal stuff to you, over a year ago. That is FREAKY. OK composed now... how are you doing buddy. I also have not been on here till think its was start of last month, when I also thought I would see whats been going on to vaping while I have not been spending my free cash. Seems to have been a lot of changes, Temperature control on a mod is the word now it would seem(stops wick burning if it drys out when vaping) works when using NI200 wire but a few are appearing that can accommodate titanium wire as well. I have ordered a TC MOD so i can try this out. It is an untested Mod so I wont say which. If It doesnt work properly I will be getting an Hcigar Vt40 from what ive seen read and heard its a very good TC mod £100 ish. Apart from that its just new tanks to try. Had 4 new ones this month the best have been goliath, silverplay and a kayfun type called the Monster, which incidentally I did a review of each in the review section if you want to take a look. I wondered where you had gone when I returned and saw that you hadnt posted for a longer time than me. Really glad to see you post again. Hopefully will read a few more

Post used to be so much simpler. I had some stamps that I had bought ages ago, They all ha d 1st on them but I had got them before these post size changes came in. Sent a member here some vanilin powder so I poped it into an small envelope that i garbed out of a box of Xmas cards put a stamp on and dropped into the post box. They want 13p off him before they would deliver saying the envelope was not letter size(I thought it was smaller than a standard letter myself). Now I have to go in post Office every time i want to post something....There's convenience for you if ever i saw it.

Thanks for digging that out for me. A nice review with great pics and info. Why no one else has taken on that switch design I dont know, but it's very ergonomic.

Spot on Ripshod most people selling fakes on ebay will have enough sense to get the pics from sony, but the bits I pointed out do indicate a box of fakes, whether its a pic of his box or not.

Not genuine sydsutSony's have a flat bottom, no ridge. This is a most obvious 'tell' but not the only one. The tops dont look right on these either. The other ways are from how the printing looks and hard to do without being in your hand. It will be hard to tell unless like this guy you show the box of fakes your trying to sell He also has this image The tops on these look good and are clearly not the same as the ones from his box, so I would say he got this Image from Sony website.
