Yup, Segonote have been pretty good, my cards been refunded already. Good service from those guys. I'm lucky I didn't end up in the Daily Fail with a e cig burns down house story!!! (it was bloomin' hot!!) But to anyone who want's it... no the skin wasn't on when the sig overheated, so not affected (I had took it off to put in a fresh vtc5)

leo what happend with the sig you only had it a few week Came home from work and it was red hot (even though it was switched off), it had drained the batt from full to 3.something on it's own... can't trust it now, so it's gone back to Segonote for a refund (decent customer service from those guys). I'm gutted as really liked it when it was working. Luckily my Hana clone is ticking along nicely.

My Sig 50w died, so it's skin is up for grabs!!! Black, almost brand new. Takes the edge off the sharp corners and really improves the 'in the hand' feel. £4 delivered

Hi Clivia I have just sent them a message so we will see what they say as it might be cheaper for me to order via Vapour Shark because Grey Haze are a lot more - £119.00 for the DNA 30 but only £80.00 from Vapour Shark and even with the delivery cost its cheaper If customs pick it up you may have to pay vat+handling fee, could add £40+ to your order And american sellers always declare exactly what's inside and it's full value.

That sounds inconvenient, I must be missing something! Not at all inconvenient... After my Fogger (a tank attomiser) ran dry at work (panic!!), I started carrying a bottle of juice and a screwdriver so I could refill at work. Nowadays I use a dripping attomiser everywhere except in the car (don't drip 'n' drive). At work I have my mod and a bottle of juice. Mod with dripper is smaller than mod with tank. Plus I don't have to carry a screwdriver with me.... so actually more convenient than using a tank (for me). Ten drops of juice get's me through a 'smoke break' at work. It's also a bonus to be able to see your wicks and coils, to assess their condition. This means you can see when they are getting manky before you have to taste it. Plus you have the benefit of better flavour and more vapour all while carrying less kit. Win-win in my book.

Been a bit slow in leaving this, sorry @cra1g... Anyway, i sent him a couple of bits to try out, he decided he liked them and sent payment as agreed. Actually more than agreed, as he covered the postage when I was happy to split it. As good as his word, if not better.... would happily trade with again. Cheers fella.

OK folks, appreciate your comments so far, but yet to be convinced. Two questions come to mind; firstly, do you have to put a dual coil setup in the Orchid, and also is the tank glass or PMMA/PC? Keep the comments coming, if nothing else this is useful information for new vapers who want to go down this route! I guess the Orchid could work single coil, but you might have to cover the air flow on the other side with your finger. Tank is plastic like the kf, in fact I'm sure I read somewhere that the parts are interchangeable... (Fogger v4 is very similar to the Orchid and has a glass tank & adjustable air flow) As far as I can tell the Orchid v3 and v4 are the same, just 3ml and 4ml capacity respectively.

The thing that puts me off is the non adjustable airflow. Decent clearomizers have that option. A decent dripper, like the Origen, is my choice for flavour. I've been looking for a rta that's smaller than the kayfun lite for out and about, but for me this won't do. If you like the Origen, try a 454, Veritas, or Plume Veil, all of them surpass the Origen for flavour, vapour and air flow options imo. Sadly my Origen hardly gets a look in these days. Plume is the nuts...

I'm going to be biased because I'm a massive kayfun fan. I haven't tried an orchid and not likely to anytime soon and here is why: I understand that it all subjective BUT if you're not getting a decent vape from a kayfun (unless its a particularly poopey clone), you are doing it wrong. You can tailor the amount of vapour & flavour you want with the build you put in it. If you want it dripper like, you can build a big old low coil in there, put a wide bore drip tip on the top and lung hits are great. Personally, I find the most pleasant vape from a kayfun with 1 to 1.5 ohm coils. It doesn't drink the juice too much but still gives a really satisfying and tasty vape. I guess the lack of adjustable airflow means that if you don't like it you're stuck. For me, it's perfect, the vapour and flavour is exactly what I'm looking for in a tank, if I wanted more, I'd build it differently, if I wanted more than even that... I guess I'd try an orchid or a fogger xD You can tailor your build, but you can't do anything about one tiny 2mm air hole (without radical drill application) Like sucking a pea through a straw...... Juice is cheap.. give me dual coils and tons of air flow anyday!!

I'm not real sure of the benefits of sub ohming but there must be something, I'd love it explaining, not all the ins and outs of sub ohming but why it appeals so much to alot of people. I see vaping not just as a cessation method now but as an interest/hobby aswell. I could have managed with a spinner and an evod and mail order juices if I'm absolutely honest but I've got a couple of VW devices and a nemesis, a couple of drippers, quite a few clearo/tanks, various concentrates for mixing and plenty of wire and wicking materials for building. It seems the more involved you are with the interest/hobby side of it the more likely you are to look into the various methods of vaping, sub ohming being one of them. It doesn't appeal to me though (for now) I'm quite happy with a kayfun built at 1.6ohms full of home made red astaire tooting at around 8/9 watts. I keep looking at box mods now though, and the way they're being produced if I decided to try one it will probably be 30/50w+ capable of firing 0.2ohm. What's the next step after that ? probably going low ohms. Jay I'm with you on the hobby side of vaping... as I got more and more involved I was searching for a better and better vape. And for me that's sub-ohms. I just prefer the warm, dense, vapour you get off a low ohm build. Once I had experienced it I knew it was what I had been searching for since beginning my vape journey. That's why I rarely use a tank nowadays. Drippers and mechs for me 99% of the time. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a higher ohm build on a regulated box, but it's a much cooler vape.

Marcus, can you give us an idea how your builds are coming out with the 317L (wraps/resistance)... be good to know before choosing between the 24 or 26

I've had two Kayfun clones (lite and Lite+V2), and hated both of them. I also have the Orchid v3 (and Fogger v4 which is a very similar vape) and imo both wipe the floor with a Kayfun. The flavour, vapour production, and air flow all far exceed what you get from a Kayfun. Honestly I can't fathom all the love for Kayfuns, but people seem to like them. For me the draw is just way too tight though. (if you like a tight draw you can get one on a fogger, if you like an airy draw you can't get one on a KF) If you are coming from a Protank or similar you might enjoy a KF.. While I wait for the Kayfun fanboys to tear me a new one I'll just add that this is just my opinion, what I prefer to vape, etc, etc...... (we're all different after all)
