I've never actually weighed myself, but people keep telling me I look thin lately... I put it down to vaping... where I used to have a couple of biscuits or something while watching TV of an evening, now I'm happy vapping away... no need to snack!!

Fair point leo. Hardly every vape a PT head without rewicking it (not using factory wicks).....always tastes horrid with factory wicks anything is better than the factory wicks on the PT - even silica and a basic rewick Couldn't agree more.... plenty of room for improvement on a standard PT head... but with a bit of tlc a PT2 will vape like a champ!!

Just got my Coolfire 1, along with a few shiny iclear 30s's and protank 2's, but I must be the No:1 most useless vaper as my fave juice (Hangsen Blueberry) simply tastes burnt.....
Still waiting on my V3's I'm sad to say, but nice Mr 17Track is saying they are winging their way to me as I write, so should be with me in time for my 4th anniversary
Good on you too for spreading the word to our fellow vapers, I hope they do end up here, as its nice to know we are not alone........
Is the coolfire 1 the fixed wattage mod at 8.5w.? I ask because I run my SVD/iclear 30 @ about 6w in the day and maybe bump it up in the evening. Might be running a bit hot for your blueberry? Just a thought. tobes x2, I couldn't run my PT2 at 8.5w until I learnt how to build a decent microcoil, used to run it at more like 6.5w on a stock PT head. Now running my PT2 with the airflow control ring (fully open) 2.9ohm microcoil wicked with cotton, and a cotton flavor wick. I have also notched the silicon grommet that sits on top of the chimney post, and it vapes nicely at 9.5w. I guess that you are experiencing a limitation of the standard PT heads... if you haven't tried re-building them yet, give it a go... you will be amazed at the difference. Cheers

leo - hi and a warm welcome from me too! You will certainly love the Kayfun style setup once you have mastered the art of coiling and wicking, which is really far easier than the videos available on the internet make out. And if all else fails, ask a question here and someone will guide you through. As some bedtime reading you may want to have a look at our very own Super-Shiny's Kayfun Microcoil Guide - we all use these guides as they are detailed, well written and the pictures make life so easy! Thanks bud, and thanks for the link. That is a very nicely done guide. I'm happy enough building my dual-coil Fogger v4, so I don't expect the KFL to give me any problems... but that's a nice reference nevertheless.

Got a Sigelei Zmax Mini and a KFL+v2 clone coming on a slow boat from FT
And a couple of bottles of Joose Juice Caramel Blend (which is effing awesome btw), coming from far off Scotlandland
That lot should keep me happy for a while (or if I'm honest... more like a week or two until the shinyitis kicks in!!!)

Just realised I passed the 2 year mark a few days into this month, haven't looked back since. Done my fair share of converting people too. 2 years is awesome. I'm just at 3 months, and not really missing the stinkies any more. I'm curious if has gone on to quit vaping down the line? I mean, at the moment I'm enjoying it like a hobby, but I can't help thinking I'd be better off not breathing anything into my lungs (apart from London pollution, which is probably worse than fags!!) :/

Hi, and thanks for the feedback on the KFL v2, I couldn't find any reviews, so I just went for it. I'm looking forward to running it in Nano mode when I'm at work and my big Fogger get's in the way a bit. It's twice the price of the other KFL/Russian clones on FT, but having the extra parts for "nano-mode-on" swung it for me. Will post a little write up when it arrives. Thanks to all for the warm welcome, this is a very friendly place! Looking sharp there leo..& I've got a dirty mind ( only saying ) Well, my fogger is pretty large!!!! (you're not the only one). But in all seriousness, I work as a maintenance engineer and my vamo/fogger combi adds a fair bit of weight to my (already heavy enough) tool belt. I'm expecting the Zmax Mini/KFL+v2 in nano mode will be a bit smaller, and more importantly lighter, than my current setup Tx for the warm welcome

Hi leo and a very warm to the fourm Sounds like you have already contracted shinyitus Oh yeah, big time... I told myself I would get into vaping to "save" money... but so far, not really happening!! LOL But that's OK... I'm enjoying all the kit and different e-liquids out there. And as long as I can stay off the real-deal, and my daughter doesn't complain about me stinking when I get home from work, I'm happy!!

Hi all, My name is Leo, live and work in central London. been vaping for 3 months and off the stinkies for 2.5 months!
Started on an ego twist/ce4 setup, but quickly felt that there must be a better way.
Currently vaping a Fogger v4 (from James at vapenquit, who is a great guy, very helpful) on a vamo. But thanks to robbys thread on the exchange rate have just ordered a Sigelei Zmax Mini and a Kayfun SS Lite Plus v2 from fasttech.
Thanks to all the members/contributors on this board, I have found a ton of useful info here.
Cheers, Leo
