Around a month or so ago I purchased around 20 different concentrates from UK Flavours. I mixed them all up as standalone juices at 15% to get an idea of what their range is like. Several weeks have passed and I'm now getting around to sampling the testers which were mixed at 11mg 70/30 PG/VG If they turn out to be good then they are a bargain at £2.69 for 30ml. The company mainly sell flavourings for food, but they also have an eliquid section where they claim all of the concentrates in that section are diacetyl free. I'll leave my thoughts on each as I try them in this one post. APPLE:
A very authentic apple taste. It has the sweetness and flavour of a red apple similar to a Royal Gala with a slight sour/tart after taste like you get when eating a real apple. Mixed at 15% there is plenty of flavour there for me, but I'd say this could be mixed between 10-20% depending on your palate. A good start. 7/10 CREAM SODA:
Quite a decent flavour mixed at 15% but personally I'd try 20% on my next mix. I wouldn't say its an authentic cream soda concentrate but I do get soda, cream and a hint of vanilla in the flavour. Only tried one other cream soda concentrate before from L&T which I found more or less flavourless at 20%, so this one beats that hands down. 6/10MORELLO CHERRY:This is a sour cherry concentrate and its not a bad one. The sour notes are spot on, but it needs a little more cherry. 15% is definitely to weak for my taste and next time I'd mix it at 20% which might even get pushed to 25%. The subtle cherry flavour that is there is quite a natural one, so it will be interesting to try this again at a higher percentage. 6/10 TOFFEE:
At 15% this is a subtle toffee flavour. I would definitely mix this at 20% next time. Tastes like a mild butter toffee which might go well mixed with coffee or nuts. I'd say this is on par with other toffee concentrates I've tried, which unfortunately means its pretty average. 6/10
LEMON:
This is quite possibly the worse lemon concentrate I have tried . At 15% there isn't much flavour to it so I would definitely recommend at least 20% as a starting point. The flavour to this one seems confused. Its like a mish mash of lemon, lemonade and lemon meringue without actually being any of those. There is the sour after taste I get from the other fruits I have tried in this range and there is also a slight but odd creaminess. The thing that is lacking is any punch from the lemon. Its not disgusting and its reasonably vapeable. Its just a lemon without any zest. 4/10
BUTTERSCOTCH:
I like this flavour. Sweet, creamy and buttery. Pretty decent at 15%, would be even better at 20%. This is as good as any butterscotch concentrate I have tried. I think this would mix very well with the toffee from their range. Not much more I can say, its butterscotch and a pretty good one too. 7/10ALMOND:A sweet almond flavouring. Tastes a bit like the almond you'd find in a cherry bakewell. I'd mix it a little stronger next time between 18-20%. Not a standalone flavouring for me but definitely one to add to other mixes. Pretty good. 6/10VIOLET:I found this flavour too strong at 15% and it tasted a bit like washing up liquid. Never really been a fan of Parma Violets, but would imagine for those that do 10% would give plenty of authentic flavour. 5/10

Those eliquid flavours test packs are pretty good value. I have the Butterscotch and Violet ready to taste. Let me know what you think of the Vanilla Custard.

Can't say with the vanilla custard as its a flavour I do not have. I do have the French Vanilla flavouring from both UK Flavours and TPA. I did a comparison mix of both of them a few weeks ago to see how much of a difference there is between the two. I'll know in another few weeks time when they have steeped a bit longer.

I'll let you know when I get my order lisburnvapes, as I've plenty of TPA's VC to compare it to. If it is, I shall buy a good quantity of it as TPA's is every bit as nice as Capella's for me.

Thanks Perpetua , it seems to be the only concentrate with the product code TPA so here's hoping, lol

This is most definitely TPA's VC lisburnvapes . . . bearing in mind the larger bottle is clear, while the 5ml is opaque - the colour is the same. They also taste the same to me. What did confirm it for me was this on UK Flavours site when I went to order some more and check on their description: *** Note: This flavour contains 'custard' ingredients: Acetoin & Acetylpropionyl.Which TPA's along with some others does. So brilliant value for 30ml of flavouring, including shipping . . . we just need them to get some more stock in now! Their service was excellent and the sample flavours came very nicely packed all in that little box.

I ordered 5ml samples of amaretto, butterscotch, cream soda and pineapple at midday yesterday and they arrived in less than 24 hours, even with the free postage. Top service from UK Flavours and Royal Mail.
I was convinced the pineapple had leaked so strong was the smell as soon as I ripped the plastic off, but nope no leakage, just an incredibly strong and delicious smelling bottle of concentrate. I can't wait to get mixing!

I emailed the team at ukflavours and they say that 'vanilla custard ' will be back in stock around the 22nd of September, as it was a new flavour they only had a "small amount in order to see how popular it would be" ........ Silly people, they obviously didn't check out AAEC before adding it to they're site, we're all custard crazy !! Lol
