Tipsy! the only advice I can give for your situation is to find a good vape shop near you and talk to them, it's much easier if someone explains and shows you in person, if you put your location I'm sure these guys here will be able to tell you a good shop near you, or if there's a member near you they may even meet up with and show you how to do it all, the only bit you need to clean is the tank/clearomiser and if it has the disposable coils you just need to change it now and then, it really isn't a hard to get to grips with as you think, but if your anything like me I can read something a hundred times and not get it, but show me just once how to do it and I'm fine, so don't go back to the stinkies once you get to grips with things you won't look back, if you look at the little box at the bottom of my post you'll see I stopped the stinkies 15 months ago and have saved over £4.500 and my health has improved 200%, and I havn't even spent £500 for all my changes of kit and juice in that time,,,

Tipsy! you may notice that unlike some other forums us lot are cheapskates and always look for the best deals, we don't do the my kit cost the most or is better than everyone elses, I have some cracking kit now thanks to these guys here and it didn't cost the earth thanks to places like Fastech and recommendations on here, and don't be put off by clones, if these guys recommend it, it's usualy 100% good, and usually half the price or less, I had a few clone atties I thought were crap at first but it turned out the problem was me not the kit,

Woohoo! it finally came today! It uses Sealey matteress springs for the coil and only needs filling every five years, 5ml Phaaa! this one holds five gallons and it toots like a volcano, this ain't no cloud it's a fog bank, stealth vaping is no problem cos they think your a terrorist with a scud missile and give you plenty of space, just don't go withing five miles of any airport,, Mowjo,,

Hi Mark! I see you took my advice and came here so welcome, I told you these folks were friendly and would put you on the right road, If I knew about this forum when I started I could have saved a fortune, I don't know if anyone mentioned it, but in the home section there's a list of trusted vendors for kit and juices and most give a small discount if you put in the code, no matter how stupid you think a question is just ask here and you get a good reply and not the P taken, we have everything here from making your own juice to kit for sale, and deals on kit you'll get nowhere else, plus theres a couple of good reveiwers here like Rosco (Soulvapes) Oooh! and you lot! as Mark is new don't mention Fastech the shock of how much kit he can get for £50/60 if he don't mind waiting a few weeks for delivery,,

Thanks again folks, when I adjust coils I tend to use drill bits of the right size, but I have noticed the coil keeps it's shape better if I over wrap it, so far the only atties I have that I can wick right and get no leaks are my Taifun GT2 clones, I've watched so many Vids on wicking I should be and expert, the odd thing I noticed is that with my two GT2's is I have to wick them differently one seems to need less wick than the other, strange as the are identical, I guess it's just a matter of messing about until you get it right,,

Thanks for all the Info folks! I just knew it wouldn't be that simple so let me clarifie things a bit, on my atties I've been using the NR-R-NR pre-made coils, so if I have this right it should make none or very little difference, as it's the length that counts (keep it clean) and is the reason pre-mades come with different length of legs, (didn't even think about that) but I've just ordered a Kanger subox mini from F/T and as I've heard such good things about twisted coils I thought I'd try these Coils presuming these are the right ones, so my thinking was as long as I keep the wraps the same count it won't make a difference if I bend the legs a little, as I can't seem to find any pre-mades that I don't have to bend, it's my first venture into Sub Ohms so I want to get it right and not blow my head off, , any advice on the best set up fot the Subox will be welcomed, Mowjo,,,

It dosn't really matter how knackered you are, every day is a good day if you wake up in the morning! if you don't then thats a bad day! I'm now at the stage that when I bend down to tie my shoes or pick something up, I look for other jobs I can do while I'm down there, it's a shame to waste a journey,,,

Ok! I have what I think is a really stupid question! being lazy and the price I can get them from F/T I buy pre-made coils, but they come with the legs hanging down, so to use them I have adjust the legs so they stick out, sometimes I unwind them a bit sometimes I wind them on a bit, if that makes sense? I check the ohms of them and neither way seems to make a difference to the reading, but here's the stupid question! is there a right or wrong way to adjust them????

Has anyone else noticed that Vapers are a friendly lot? sitting in traffic complete strangers wave their mods at me! even out walking they do it! I spend a lot of my year out on the Norfolk Broads playing on my boat and killing idiots with my imaginery rocket launcher, (come on you all do it in your cars) it's always been a strange custom on the N/B that you give a little wave to all the other passing boats, but this year more people have flashed their mods at me, even had a few complete strangers come over when I'm moored up and say they passed me earlier and ask what kit I'm using, that usually ends up with me telling them about this Forum and that I now buy most of my stuff from F/T, one guy nearly cried when I showed him what I paid for my Taifun GT-T v2 clone, just over £8 and he bought the original for just over £100, the worst bit was that after trying my spare attie he said it was at least as well built and actually seemed to give better flavour than his original, the day ended up with around six of us sitting around comparing kit and how too's most of which went over my head, I never let on that everything I know came from you lot on the forum, though I did surprise myself how much I did know when talking to people that have vaped a lot longer than me, mananged to convert a couple more back into vaping after showing them the F/T site, the main reason they gave up was cost, I gave them all the link to here so I'll have to keep a look out for them, might have to change my name in case they catch shinnyittus from you lot though, Yup! it's all gone weird when complete strangers come over just to say Hi! and ask what kit your using,,,,

It's my first dip into subing and I've decided on the Subox Mini, I'm not into making coils yet, so I buy pre-made from FT, can anyone advise on the best coils to use? I've been looking at these Coils are they the right ones, I also found these ones link or should I just stick with the bog standard coils? as you can tell I'm lost when it comes to coils I just need something around 0.5/0.6 ohm so any advice is welcome,, Mowjo,,,,

Ok folks it looks like summer is over so I'm back on dry land for a while, here's my problem, I love my Kbox with my Taifun GTII clone, the GT is quite big but so far it's the only attie I've managed to re-wick and coil without getting leaks, at 13w it gives me good flavour and plenty of cloud, but my Mrs had a little win at Bingo and gave me £50.00 so I'm now looking for a similar set up for around that price, I quite like the look of the subox mini kit as there are options with it and most reviews are good, but is it any good or is there some thing better for the price???
