Employers, they really put my back up. They treat their staff however they flaming well please as there's so little employment around, they know the chance of you finding another job is practically zero. They really take advantage of it too, treat everyone like skivvy's expecting twice the work for the same rate of pay.
If you leave because you can't take any more, there's a queue of unemployed who can't wait to take your place and the employer can choose the cream of the crop. Makes my blood boil.

Like everything else in life Phoenix, it has to be a personal decision. If someone tells me they can't afford to smoke but don't want to give up, I tell them about e cigarettes if they haven't heard of them, but if they're not interested, I leave it at that and never mention it again. But at least they're aware of them as a possible option maybe one day, for health reasons or whatever.  |

No problems with battery oomph Tim.  I'm going off the vivi nova.  I've filled a good old cartomiser now, what a difference. They're just a pain to keep having to top up. |

Summer  Where? Any menthol juice is supposed to help when you have a cold so I've heard, never tried it as I don't like menthol, but everyone says it hangs around in an ato forever once you've used it. I suppose that's if you direct drip though ??? |
