Basically Ijoy & Limitless have had a big falling out !......Ive been following it & made my own assumptions on why this has happened, I'll post the announcments made by both companies & let you decide what to make from it !

To our valued and loyal customers,
This will be our one and only post in regards to the separation of Limitless and IJoy, as we want to spend our time developing quality products for our community. However, we want everyone in the vaping community to know the truth….
In March of 2016, we met with IJoy at our corporate offices. After distributing some of their products, we were approached by them to start manufacturing our products with them. To better serve our community, we decided to enter into a collaboration with IJoy with the agreement that we would have final say on marketing, product enhancements, and product release dates. While we have come out with some very innovative products, this partnership has been an uphill battle. There were many promises and agreements made by IJoy that they did not fulfill. Product was not shipped to us, but sent to Chinese traders first. Product was released to the market without our final approval. Promises were made, that were never honored. Because of these unethical and unprofessional business practices on the part of IJoy, we have come to the conclusion that we must cease doing business with them.
We have shared many valuable and innovative ideas with IJoy and are concerned for the reputation of our company and brand that we have worked so hard to grow and build. We have spent countless hours in China working side by side with their engineers trying to make a quality product. The most important thing to Limitless Mod Co. is serving our loyal customer base through innovation and quality. Therefore, we are no longer in collaboration with IJoy for any Limitless products.
Moving forward, IJoy does not have authorization to sell or market any product with the Limitless name or logo on it.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our loyal customers. Limitless Mod Co. will continue developing and producing the most innovative and highest-quality products for the vape community for years to come. We appreciate your loyalty and support.

Regarding the recent news from VAPOR HUB, IJOY have made this statement:
First of all, we would like to thank vapor hub, who was a customer of ours, for their recent social media activity trying to damage our reputation. This behaviour has really taken us by surprise and in our eyes, is inexcusable.
The first time VAPOR HUB dealt with IJOY was back in 2015, it was the time that Asolo was on the market, they thought our design idea for the product was great. However, after 2 deals, they required terms, which were politely refused by us.
IJOY then designed LIMITLESS RDTA. Limitless saw the samples before it was on the market, and thought highly of the style and structure. With this in mind, Limitless said if we could cooperate with them, our products would be flying off the shelves. That’s the reason why all the products are marked with: ”CO-DESIGNED BY IJOY&LIMITLESS” on the package. All IJOY Limitless series products are designed and produced by IJOY. But Limitless insisted that we had to print their logo on all of our products, which was no problem.
Indeed, they did design LIMITLESS RDA24, despite IJOY not being very optimistic about the RDA. Due to the limitless RDA 24 not being IJOY’s innovation, we did not upload the pictures on our official website and just posted some pictures on social media.
All of the IJOY LIMITLESS products, except for the LIMITLESS RDA 24, including; IJOY LIMITLESS RDTA, IJOY LIMITLESS RDTA PLUS, IJOY LIMITLESS XL and IJOY LIMITLESS SUBOHM are all independently designed, invested and produced BY IJOY. Attached are all the design work to prove this. Some of the design inspiration and details come from the former products made by IJOY, for example the chip coil, which was first designed for IJOY Tornado, now being used in the IJOY Limitless XL and Limitless subohm.
The aim of IJOY is to provide good quality and reasonably priced products, making our customers have more fun and improve their health from vaping. Therefore, we had a big disagreement with Vapor hub regarding the price. Especially on Limitless LUX, which we called IJOY EXO before, we wanted it sold for around $60, however, Vapor Hub required us to sell it at $149. They don’t want customers to know it was designed by IJOY, so they required us to change the name to LUX.
As for all the co-designed products, Vapor Hub has the right to purchase below the cost price, however default problems with payments have caused our shipping to be delayed recently. IJOY needed to assess the risks of shipping goods without payment.
We do not want to have any conflict with Vapor Hub, but we do hope to have fair business dealings, and mutual respect!
Originally the two sides have communicated that IJOY invested and established a new company: SHENZHEN LIMITLESS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. IJOY is responsible for R & D and manufacturing, Vapor Hub is responsible for part of the marketing, if Vapor Hub can stand there, leaving IJOY to suffer that we can not do anything, after all the products and company investments needed to paid by IJOY, not a penny from Vapor Hub, they loss nothing. IJOY are still willing to continue paying, but only on the condition that Vapor Hub no longer requires shipment without payment! This is a huge risk for IJOY, IJOY shareholders reject this kind of cooperation!
