 Have to agree with what others are saying. Smoking with a heart condition should be a no no. However, e cigs are a lesser evil. Even if he gave some of the cigs up, it would be an improvement for himself and your mum. I agree that he should keep away from high nicotine though.

 Hallo I started with an automatic (401) and then moved on to a manual 510 and haven't regreted it at all. It puts me more in control. I use the Tornados now and they work out quite cheap when bought as a box of 5. I've tried the 901s as well. When I first bought one, I was convinced it wouldn't work for me unless it looked like a real cigarette but after a couple of weeks it didn't matter at all!

Hallo and welcome. I smoked roll ups for three years before taking up e cigs. I did smoke ordinary cigs before then. I smoked about 11 a day, during a working week and about 20 weekends. I cut down by about two thirds during the first week, then totally gave up just using the e cigs. That's been over 6 months ago now. I use the tornado which I love but did try several e cigs until I found the one I liked. I vape mainly 4/5 mg juice having gradually cut down from 18mg. I do keep some 11 mg forwhen I want a bit more oomph. Keep with it, you have to be focused and accept that there may be problems along the way. The help and support of people on this board has been invaluable.

Can't use VG, gives me terrible wind!! Not nice in my job, where I have to be quite active, my daughter is the same. OK with PG although still have strange symptoms. Was asked to review the product Splenda (artificial sweetener) and using it the symptoms increased in intensity. Looked up the reviews for Splenda and others had the same symptoms, so now thinking that it is sweeteners not the PG. I know we have sweeteners in our food everyday but maybe this takes me personally over the line of tolerance. Just a thought. So thought I would try something with natural sweeteners.

 Haven't smoked since Jan 14th. Have been very happy vaping but think I have an intolerance of artificial sweeteners. Does anyone know who has e juice with natural sweeteners?

:)Am thinking of e mailing LF to find out their VG/PG ratio, there must be some VG in their PG liquids to get the vapour. I would like to order some of James but can't until I know what I can tolerate.

When I started vaping I had a reaction to PG which gave me a sore mouth, so started using VG - big mistake, terrible, terrible wind. Went back to PG with the aid of Cordysol mouthwash overcame the sore mouth but I do have problems with juices which either use too much VG or sweeteners but I have to buy them in order to find out which ones suit. At the moment I think Liberty Flights isn't too bad as long as I don't get tempted by their sweet flavours. ENjuice is lovely but have problems with it personally. I wish sites would tell you how much VG and PG is in their mixes, they tend to be quite vague on ingredients. |
