Something was sent out by them on the 11th (according to tracking) and delivered to me in London on Friday 16th. Admittedly I had ordered on the 3rd but one item was not in stock and shown as such so I knew there would be a wait for that. Still five days delivery from China to door I am claiming as the current record.
Edit payed 65p extra for UK e-packet delivery whatever that is.

No because temp control does not work by measuring the temperature directly; no mods/attys can do that. TC works by measuring the resistance which changes in direct proportion to the temperature in the case of pure metals. Hence it cannot work with an alloy like Kanthal but can work with SS; Ni200 and Titanium. vaping360.com/basic-guide-vaping-wire/I think I wasn't clear enough on my first post on this subject, when I hit desired temp it stopped and it wasn't momentarily it just stopped altogether. Ah right; never heard of a wire that suffered from that problem so I missed your meaning; sorry.

For sure but it can only do that by momentarily stopping the mod from firing. I'm not an expert on Tc although if that was the case wouldnt it mean you could do Tc on any material? Isn't that what temp control is supposed to do. No its supposed to keep the coil at the desired temp no higher 😋 For sure but it can only do that by momentarily stopping the mod from firing.

Good quality stainless steel meaning one that's surface doesn't break down when dry burnt and with an accurate TCR. I've got some cracking Swedish made ss316. I dabble with Tc now and again and its the best I've tried. The first stuff I had before just stopped firing when it hit the desired temp lol. Isn't that what temp control is supposed to do.

6. Thoughts on packaging. Nothing to say about coils as I happily make my own and for friends sorry but packaging; plastic free and bio-degradeable is good. I know I love getting something in a cardboard box etc rather than something that is going to end up being an environmental hazard. NB dont put me in the raffle and good luck with the enterprise.

Although you can save an enormous amount of money from getting your batteries from them I would always err on the side of caution, and would recommend you obtain your batteries from someone who actually test their batteries, that way you know your batteries are going to be safe and they are actually what they say they are, someone like Torchy the battery boy or Fogstar. You'd be paying a little bit more, but for peace of mind I think it's worth it. But these are only my personal opinions of course, and I'm sure that they will plenty who may disagree with me. Definitely not me for one. Batteries are one of the few things I buy from Uk.

Still a tad hungover from Chinese New Year perhaps. Seriously though as a FT regular I don't recall having that conflict of messages from them.
