Ive requested a cancellation and refund on my order. Despite the low price, I dont need the hassle of chasing vendors up for every stage of the order. Should be order, pay, dispatch not order, pay, email, wait, email, wait, processing, email, wait, maybe dispatch. Its a long enough wait in transit! We are really sorry for disappointing you. |

It`s speculation on my part but I think the Istick has gone viral and Eleaf cant keep up to supply their distributors properly. I have messaged Alex as well. Yes robby, we ordered 2,000 pieces from iSmoka but only received 1,000 pieces yesterday. The factory is trying their best to satisfy the huge demand. |

40 Eleaf istick were sent yesterday. Seems some of you didn't receive the shipping confirmation emails, we will resend the emails soon.
For those already get your tracking number: we are contacting the logistic company for no tracking info showed issue. November is the peak time for cross-boarder logistic company, so it takes longer to process the orders.

I`d love to know the total system for free shipping. I`m guessing that all it really means is that they have packed it and put the China Post sticker on it (with tracking number) and then a logistics company has to come and pick them up and take them to the Airport where they should be scanned for the first time. Anyone have any more info on how it works that they know for sure? Your guessing is professional and accurate  |

2ohms is normal, it's not too high, you can try to change the battery tube and see if it can work better.
