Our previous paypal account peter@evkoo.com was limited due to malicious complain, which saying we sell anti-intellectual property products. We are not sure when we can get the limited fund. It is a huge amount money. Paypal suggested us to use a new paypal account to accept money.
We refunded all unsent orders. You may re-order at our website or send money to our new paypal account xinming2001@hotmail.com if you still want to order from us.

Sorry to hear your GS16S was missing dizzi  I'm sure alex05 will resolve this for you when he sees your post I've been pretty impressed by how Alex has dealt with everything so far, communication is always a good thing and he/she has done really well, especially considering the language differences. It seems all our pre-orders were sent on the same day, and I'd guess there were many, many more than just ours, so one forgotten GS16S is not much in the scheme of things. I'll wait to hear from Alex, I believe they are on holiday at the moment so I'm quite happy to wait a couple of days. The Mini looks quite good with a full size Protank on it, anyway! Hi dizzi, sorry for the mistake. We will send you the atomizer soon. Our customer service will email you more details. Sorry again & thanks for your understanding. |

Sorry for the delay guys. One hour ago the manufacturer informed us that they had a bit technical issue with the Vapor Flask V3. The item won't be available until the end of this month. For those who already ordered, you may email our customer support or PM me for a full refund. As I know, V3 doesn't have temperature control function. Sorry again for the inconveniences caused. Any chance of just selling the empty shell and buttons? Seems impossible in first batch. Will forward your idea to the manufacturer |
