I BET customs nab My orders:- I was planning on splitting it into 4...paid for the 1st one ok....Bloody Barclaycard decided to 'decline' the next one! Ended up lumping the rest on the O/H's card as I wanted to get it done & dusted before getting out in the Van for the W/E...

That's basically what I've been trying (minus the Perspex!!)
I reckon I've melted the insulators when pulsing/dry-burning...& also reckon that one of the pins is gonna be gash 'cos the screwdriver slipped!.....
I've checked on both the FT & ECF Forums & ironically, the 1st buyers were finding that the insulators were slipping/spinning....Christ, the manufacturers certainly fixed this!!
& what's the chance of FT supplying spare complete 510/pin assemblies now that 3 of Their 4 Next-Gen versions are dis-con.?
Sorry, this is starting to turn into a rant!!

Next-Gen (FT clone)...Has anyone successfully removed the Pos. pin from the 510?  Both of mine are shorting & I can't see how to get the insulator out of the 510 base wivout mangling it!.....  TIA! |

Pepperty Whoops, I see how You could've interpreted the 'Ready-Rolled' as pertaining to wicks...sorry, My dodgy phrasing:- 'Ready-Rolled' = Ready-made coils! No 'short' cuts (see wot I did there?... ) wiv mesh!!

Well, that worked well...went back to the basket in order to put stuff 'back on the shelves'....& ADDED a Brass Caravela Mech. set (< £4 wiv the discount!!..) I Dare n't go back tonight!!! .....But I did!....'Ebony' wood/brass Abaddon, ditto Slug....oh, & now I 'need' a brass shroud for My Kraken...etc. etc. $168!!  Deffo have a cull t'moro!!! |

Yeah, I've got more in the FT basket!
Since I 'converted' to mesh & S/S rope, I'm finding that I'm using the 'ready-rolled' more & more.....if I'm in the mood for fiddling about coiling then the ribbon wire comes out!
