Hi, I recently received my new Kanger Tech Evod in the post. I much prefer it to the SkyCig I was originally using! I was thinking of buying a couple of tanks and was wondering if it's okay to fill them with e-liquid and use them as and when I fancy a different flavour, rather than using the same tank and waiting for the liquid to run out before changing the flavour. Is it okay to store the e-liquid in the tanks?
I was also wondering if the Evod 2 tanks would fit the Evod? The Evod (the one I have) has plastic tanks where-as the Evod 2 has glass tanks.
Should I wash the mouth piece in plain water or can I use washing up liquid or liquid soap?
Finally, what are the coils for? I received 5 spairs with my Evod and don't really understand what they're for and how often to change them.

Thanks again for the new messages - I've now bought an EVOD starter kit and ordered some sample juices and added a pic of my bullie Kai for those who wanted to see him

That's what is making me think about a pup as my girl is getting on and don't want to be left without one Have you considered rescuing one? My wife is friends with a few people who work in bull terrier rescue. It's sad how many they get in through no fault of their own.

Nice bully Glad you recognised her, may be treating myself to a puppy soon Good luck with the pup! I've had two bullies, a male and female. We still have the male, he's 10 now.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome messages and the help and advice. I will be looking at the recommendations this evening and will hopefully find one that I can order tonight.

& Snakeeyes. Might be worthwhile saying your location whereabouts as a member might able to meet up with you and show different mods/clearo's set ups - Try before you buy sort of thing. So glad your trying again so all is not lost. Thanks for the advice, I've added my location as suggested.

Hi, my name is John and I have decided to try (again) to give up smoking. The only knowledge I have regarding e-cigarettes is what I've read on this forum, mainly the difference between a cartomiser and a clearomiser!
I am 50 years old and have been smoking for over 35 years. I smoke approximately 30 roll ups a day (two large packs per week - 80g) and smoke Holborn with filter tips.
Several months ago, I purchased a SkyCig but I am not happy with it. I don't find it strong enough and the battery life is terrible.
My main problem with quitting is the cravings and the fear. I've tried to give up so many times and failed because I can't get rid of the craving and it's very demoralising. I've tried the patches, chewing gum, lozenges, tablets - you name it, I've tried it.
I started using the patches again this Monday and need some expert advice on what type of e-cig to purchase asap please as I feel that if I can find a good one, it will go a long way to helping me quit for good.
I've decided to go for the clearomiser and would be very grateful if you could advise me on which one to purchase. I can't really afford to spend more than £35 - £40 and if you could provide links as well, I'd be very grateful.
Any help and advice would be very much appreciated.
