Thanks for that Pepperty. I'm just a tad concerned that their website looks a bit amateurish (and they use a gmail address rather than their own company). Anyone used them before?

Hi guys,
About 5 months into vaping now and still going strong! However, today I took possession of my brand new Kanger Subtank Mini and connected it to my Eleaf iStick 20W (I'm ordering an iStick 50W to use as my main battery and use the 20W as a back-up/spare). I couldn't get a even a hint of a puff out of it and the iStick had the message "Atomizer Low". Can anyone shed some light on what has gone wrong please? Very disappointed that my new toy isn't working!

Hi guys Another question from the Forum Thicko! I'm just getting the gear together to try my first microcoil build for the Kanger Subtank Mini. I've been looking at the superb guides on the Forum but am still a little confused (very easily done)! Please can someone tell me the difference between the two Kanger Subtank Mini guides on the Forum here. Why is it that the two guides state different number of coil wraps? Greg's guide says 5 wraps whilst Tom's guide says 12 wraps! I'm probably overlooking something very obvious but I'd be very grateful if someone could explain the reason for the differences. Thanks in advance! What a great Forum and a great bunch of members!

Sorry, was on phone. The I-stick 50 is 22mm wide and most atties will fit snugly on it. It also has a 4000mah battery so you'll be charging it about twice a week Great - thanks blakey!

Yep am loving the iStick. So is the 50W a bigger physical size and will fit the bigger atty? That atty will fit the istick 20w and work fine you will just have a slight overhang, something that doesn't bother me but does others. Thanks for that letsavit. I don't think a slight overhang would bother me too much. I can always get one at a later date if need be!

Yes you can use it, the ohms rating is whatever you build the coil to be. The atty however will overhang on the I-stick as it's a thicker diameter. Thanks for that blakey. Oh balls! Well perhaps I need to invest in an alternative battery thingy (like an iStick). Any suggestions for that kind of size? It would be good for me to have a second battery/iStick type thingy!

Hi guys, I'm thinking of maybe buying this I-Atty Genesis Style (out of stock at the mo) but have a technical question. I haven't the faintest clue when it comes to matters technical and ohms and stuff! The product specification says it's Resistance (MFG Rated) is 1.0 ohm. My question is can I use this with my eLeaf iStick 20W? Thanks is advance!

Hi guys,
Can you suggest a few smallish/daintyish mechanical mods for a first time mechanical mod user (moi)! From an aesthetic point of view I like the things to look nice and not look like an offensive weapon! My current favourite setup is a KangerTech EMOW sitting on an Eleaf iStick. I guess I'm looking for something similar in a mechancial mod. All suugestions/advice greatly received from all you fantastic guys & gals in this superb forum! Thanks in advance!
Edit 1: Can I use a mechanical mod on my Eleaf iStick? Bearing in mind the above, any suggestions please? Thanks!
Edit 2: After thinking, I want to stick with KangerTech so any suggestions for a mechanical KangerTech mod that fits an Eleaf iStick? Thanks!
Edit 3: Size DOES matter! I want something close to my Kanger EMOW which is 16mm diameter. Is there a RBA close to 16mm please? Thanks!

Thanks for the replies guys! I think I'll let things get to about 50% and then charge!

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm still fairly new on the block and I'm afraid I don't understand comments like "If you need to go over 30 watts"! I "simply" use my iStick on its lowest setting which reads 3.0 volts/5.6 watts. My iStick is quite agressive enough at that setting and I think if I turned it up it would vaporise the vape!!! Seriously, if I turned it up any higher I think it would explode on me!

On the subject of charging, which is the best method for maximising battery life? Some people say that you should let a battery run right down before charging it. Others say that you should never run a battery right down but charge it little and often and that the less you run it down, the more life you'll get out of it in the long run? One for the tecchies please?
