Trouble is that the heat is concentrated in one spot. According to the literature I have next to me at work silicone is actually only good for just over 200 degrees c.
The max temperature can only ever be a rough estimte because there are many differing factors.
When the tests are done it is just a test button of the rubber exposed to the temperature for a certain period of time which isn't accurate to the actual use of the seal or the finished product

No worries jonathan303 can do if needs be. Having seen the mushroom setup they seem to have made something that should be really simple a bit over complicated. as drunkenbum says would be easier to follow the frankenskull contacts route. I'm assuming the mushroom guys did it that way to avoid pressure on the centre pin. My rockmodz squonker fires off the pin and I've had no issues with that |

The copper should be a doddle to do. That's the only bit I need to get for mine. I've got my enclosure, 510 and magnets.
Some copper sheet and a cheap pair of tin snips should probably do it.
I don't think I'll be arranging my contacts the same way as the mushroom guys though. I'll probably make so the batt goes positive down and the pos contact makes contact with the pin on the 510

Tom's juices were absolutely cracking. Lovely bloke too, lives 5 minutes from me.
My favourites are nipplejuice, God yog, Cali custard and cookie monster. Beware though, cookie monster is a coil killer.
Nipple juice isn't just your basic strawberry milk, there's some nice depth too it with other flavours coming through subtly.
I'm off to place an order now

Have you tried getting a tiny flat head screwdriver to prise them from their grooves? When you built it did you lube the O rings with some juice?
